Abstract
Description
本多機能操作装置は、手動で操作可能な操作ユニットと、変位センサーユニットとを含み、前記操作ユニットは、回転軸線周りを回転可能で、弾性的に回転軸線に沿って押圧可能で、且つ回転軸線に対して略径方向に沿って横方向(水平方向)の変位が可能であり、前記操作ユニットは、現在の回転位置を検知するための回転センサーと、押圧動作を検知するための押圧センサーとを有し、前記変位センサーユニットは、前記操作ユニットを横方向へ移動させた際の、該操作ユニットの略径方向に沿う移動方向を検知するものである。
Claims (10)
- 具体的には、コンピュータ、インフォメーションまたはエンタテインメントのテクノロジー装置、車両の構成要素のようなモニタ制御装置のための入力装置であり、一般的にはマンマシンインターフェースのための多機能操作装置であって、
手動で操作可能な操作ユニット(12)と、変位センサーユニット(22)とを含み、
前記操作ユニット(12)は、回転軸線(16)周りを回転可能で、弾性的に回転軸線(16)に沿って押圧可能で、且つ回転軸線(16)に対して略径方向に沿って横方向の変位が可能であり、
前記操作ユニット(12)は、現在の回転位置を検知するための回転センサー(19)と、押圧動作を検知するための押圧センサー(20)とを有し、
前記変位センサーユニット(22)は、前記操作ユニット(12)を横方向へ移動させた際の、該操作ユニット(12)の略径方向に沿う移動方向を検知するものであり、
前記変位センサーユニット(22)は、ドライバー要素(24)を有し、
該ドライバー要素(24)は、ラジアル平面上を変位可能にガイドされ、前記操作ユニット(12)が機械的に結合されて、該操作ユニット(12)の変位に沿って変位可能であり、
前記変位センサーユニット(22)は、傾斜要素(32)を有し、
該傾斜要素(32)は、間接的な手段で前記ドライバー要素(24)に接続され、前記ドライバー要素(24)が変位したときに傾斜して、
前記変位センサーユニット(22)は、前記操作ユニット(12)の横方向への変位の際、傾斜した前記傾斜要素(32)の位置を検知する少なくとも一つのセンサーを有することを特徴とする多機能操作装置。 - 前記傾斜要素(32)の傾斜軸線(33)及び/または前記傾斜要素(32)は、前記操作ユニット(12)の回転軸線(16)外側に、その回転軸線の延長線で、前記操作ユニット(12)の横方向に沿う側方に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多機能操作装置。
- 前記傾斜要素(32)は、前記操作ユニット(12)が横方向に変位する際、揺動手段により動作するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の多機能操作装置。
- 前記変位センサーユニット(22)は、二つのセンサー要素(42)を有し、
該二つのセンサー要素(42)は、互いに略90°の角度で延びる各軸上に配置され、前記傾斜要素(32)または傾斜要素(32)の構成部位から、あるいは、前記変位センサーユニット(22)または変位センサーユニット(22)の少なくとも一部の構成部位から各センサー要素(42)までの距離を検知することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の多機能操作装置。 - 前記変位センサーユニットは(22)は、少なくとも3つ、好ましくは4つのセンサー要素(42)を含み、
各センサー要素(42)は、互いに略等角度になるように配置され、各センサー要素は、前記傾斜要素(32)または傾斜要素(32)の少なくとも一部の構成部位から、あるいは、前記変位センサーユニット(22)または変位センサーユニット(22)の少なくとも一部の構成部位から各センサー要素(42)までの距離を検知することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の多機能操作装置。 - 少なくとも一つのセンサー、または少なくとも一つのセンサー要素(42)は、端部スイッチとして構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の多機能操作装置。
- 少なくとも一つのセンサー、または少なくとも一つのセンサー要素(42)は、非接触方式及び/または容量方式、磁気方式、抵抗方式または光学方式で作動することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の多機能操作装置。
- 前記操作ユニット(12)は、該操作ユニット(12)の回転軸線(16)周りを回転可能な外側第1操作要素と、前記第1操作要素によって周りを囲まれて、押圧操作に適合する内側第2操作要素とを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の多機能操作装置。
- 前記第1操作要素は、押圧可能であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の多機能操作装置。
- 前記第1操作要素または第2操作要素のいずれか一方が弾性的に押圧可能であるか、あるいは、その両方が共に弾性的に押圧可能であることを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載の多機能操作装置。
