技术领域
本发明涉及多功能操作装置,尤其是作为例如电脑、信息或娱乐技术装置的监测控制装置、交通工具组件或一般地人机接口的输入装置。
背景技术

具体实施方式
图1为多功能操作装置10的一实施例的透视图。同样的包括可手动操作的操作单元12,其包括呈旋钮形的旋转/按压元件14。旋转/按压元件14可以绕着旋转轴16旋转且可沿着轴16在箭头17的方向上有弹性的被按压。在图3中,检测旋转/按压元件14的旋转传感器19在旋转/按压元件14的下壳体18中阐明。旋转/按压设备的按压通过按下(按压)传感器20(例如以终端开关的形式)的方式被检测。
操作单元12基本上是具有旋转和按压功能的标准操作单元。根据本发明,这样的操作单元12通常能够以简单的方式检测旋转/按压元件14的侧向的定向的拉或者位移。为了这个目的,多功能操作装置10包括位移传感器单元22,其具有以板为形式的驱动元件24,通过其操作单元12或者容纳旋转传感器18的外壳,或者操作单元12的另一个外壳部件优选地刚性地,尤其是以形状配合的方式被连接。在这方面,刚性连接提供旋转/按压元件14的侧向运动引起驱动元件24的侧向动作。为了这个目的,板形驱动元件24被线性引导在第一位移承重板25上,其反过来被线性引导在第二承重板25’上,其在两种情况中都以图中示出的网的方式实现。1和2被凹槽引导。两个直线导轨趋向于相对于彼此成直角,且提供了回位弹簧,以便旋转/按压控制器14在被手动移动或释放后自动回复到图1中示出的它的中心位置。旋转/按压控制器14的引导的类型本身是已知的。
驱动元件24进一步具有设置在操作单元12外部的连接头26,且包括球形接头的插口28。插口28接收具有倾斜轴33的倾斜元件32的球形封头30。倾斜元件32本身也是通过球形接头轴承34支撑的可倾斜的,即在支撑操作单元12的保持结构36上,该结构在例如可能是电路板的底板38上被提供。
参照图2,此实施例的倾斜元件32包括设置为十字形状的四个臂40,其末端与底板38一定距离设置。四个传感器元件42设置在末端和底板38之间,其元件检测倾斜元件32的一根臂40的各自相关的末端的接近。这可能以无接触的方式或通过机械接触的方式实现。
如图3和4中明显示出的,操作单元12的侧向的位移转换成绕着其中的倾斜轴33的倾斜元件32的倾斜动作。参照图2,可以看出在八个不同44.1到44.8中任意方向的旋转/按压元件14的侧向位移转换成在空间不同方向倾斜的倾斜元件32的位置。关于倾斜元件32的八个倾斜方向,相同的也在箭头46.1到46.8的方向倾斜。在这些倾斜方向的每个中传感器元件42中的一个或传感器元件中另一对响应。通过这些信息和对这些传感器元件的位置的了解,基于传感器信号,旋转/按压元件14被在哪个方向44.1到44.8侧向地移动可以被估计。

Claims (11)

1.一种多功能操作装置,包括:
-可手动操作的操作单元(12),其可绕着旋转轴(16)旋转,沿着所述的旋转轴(16)以弹性的方式按压,和关于所述的旋转轴(16)在径向方向侧向移动,
-其中所述的操作单元(12)具有检测当前旋转位置的旋转传感器(19)和检测按压动作的按下传感器(20)和
-检测在所述的操作单元的侧向位移中的所述的操作单元(12)的径向动作的方向的位移传感器单元(22),
其特征在于,
-所述的位移传感器单元(22)具有驱动元件(24),其被在径向平面被可移动地引导,且所述的操作单元(12)机械耦合至其,其在所述的操作单元(12)的位移中可被一起移动,
-所述的位移传感器单元(22)具有倾斜元件(32),其以铰接的方式连接至所述的驱动元件(24),且当所述的驱动元件(24)移动时其可为倾斜的,和
-所述的位移传感器单元(22)也具有至少一个检测在所述的操作单元(12)侧向位移时所述的倾斜元件(32)的倾斜位置的传感器;
所述的倾斜元件(32)的倾斜轴(33)和/或倾斜元件(32)被设置在所述的操作单元(12)的旋转轴(16)和其中的所述的旋转轴的延长部分的外侧,并且在所述的操作单元(12)的侧向旁边。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能操作装置,其特征在于,所述的多功能操作装置是计算机、信息或娱乐技术装置的监测控制装置、交通工具组件或一般地人机交换界面的输入装置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的多功能操作装置,其特征在于,所述的倾斜元件(32)适合于当所述的操作单元(12)被侧向移动时以摇晃的方式移动。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的多功能操作装置,其特征在于,所述的位移传感器单元(22)具有两个传感器元件(42),其设置在以90°的角度延伸的轴线上且检测他们离所述的倾斜元件(32)或所述的倾斜元件(32)的一组件或所述的位移传感器单元(22)或所述的位移传感器单元(22)的至少一组件的各自距离。
5.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的多功能操作装置,其特征在于,所述的位移传感器单元(22)包括至少三个设置成相对于彼此大体上有相同角度的传感器元件(42),所述的传感器元件提供检测所述的倾斜元件(32)或者所述的倾斜元件(32)的至少一组件或者从所述的位移传感器单元(22)或者所述的位移传感器单元(22)的至少一组件到各自的传感器元件(42)的距离。
6.根据权利要求5所述的多功能操作装置,其特征在于,所述的位移传感器单元(22)包括四个设置成相对于彼此大体上有相同角度的传感器元件(42)。
7.根据权利要求5所述的多功能操作装置,其特征在于,所述的至少一个传感器或者至少一个所述的传感器元件(42)设置为终端开关。
8.根据权利要求5所述的多功能操作装置,其特征在于,所述的至少一个传感器或至少一个所述的传感器元件(42)以非接触的方式和/或电容性地、机械地、弹性地或者光学地工作。
9.根据权利要求1所述的多功能操作装置,其特征在于,所述的操作单元(12)具有可绕所述操作单元(12)的旋转轴(16)旋转的外部第一操作元件,且所述的操作单元(12)具有被所述的第一操作元件所包围的和适合于被按压的内部第二操作元件。
10.根据权利要求9所述的多功能操作装置,其特征在于,所述的第一操作元件也是可按压的。
11.根据权利要求9或10所述的多功能操作装置,其特征在于,所述的第一操作元件或者所述的第二操作元件是弹性可按压的,或者这两个操作元件一起是弹性可按压的。
