Claims (1)
- 一端に操作ノブ(15)が設けられる操作軸(16)と、該操作軸(16)をその軸線に沿って戻し位置および押し込み位置間で移動せしめることを可能として該操作軸(16)の外周に嵌合、装着される操作軸保持部材(26)と、その操作軸保持部材(26)を前記軸線上に設定された傾動中心(C)まわりに所定の中立位置から傾動せしめることを可能として支承するケース(18)と、前記操作軸(16)の他端に取付けられたマグネット(41)と、そのマグネット(41)に臨ませて前記ケース(18)内に取付けられる基板(22)と、中立位置にある前記操作軸(16)の軸線まわりに等間隔をあけて前記基板(22)の前記マグネット(41)に対向する部分に固定される少なくとも3つの磁気素子(43A〜43D;43E〜43G)とを備え、
前記中立位置および前記戻し位置側に弾発付勢された前記操作軸(16)の前記押し込み位置への押動ならびに前記軸線まわりに等間隔に設定された8方向への前記操作軸(16)の前記中立位置からの傾動を、前記少なくとも3つの磁気素子(43A〜43D;43E〜43G)の出力変化に基づいて検出可能としたジョイスティック型スイッチ装置であって、
前記操作軸保持部材(26)が、前記ケース(18)内に在って該操作軸保持部材(26)の端部から放射状に延びる4つの支持腕部(26d)を有していると共に、それら支持腕部(26d)の先端部と前記ケース(18)との間には、前記操作軸保持部材(26)の中立位置からの所定角度を超えての傾動時にクリック感を付与する4つのクリック機構(45)がそれぞれ設けられ、
その各クリック機構(45)は、前記傾動中心(C)から見て前記基板(22)側で前記支持腕部(26d)の先端部に対応して前記ケース(18)に設けられる受け部材(44)と、前記支持腕部(26d)の先端部に設けられる有底の支持孔(46)と、前記受け部材(44)に対向する球状当接部(47a)を外端に有して該支持孔(46)に摺動可能に嵌合される摺動部材(47)と、その摺動部材(47)を前記受け部材(44)側に付勢するクリックばね(48)とで構成され、
前記支持孔(46)の軸線は、前記傾動中心(C)から前記受け部材(44)に向かって、操作軸(16)軸線に対し傾斜するように延びており、
前記受け部材(44)には、前記操作軸保持部材(26)が前記中立位置にあるときに前記球状当接部(47a)が当接する第1ガイド凹部(49)と、前記操作軸保持部材(26)を前記中立位置から前記所定角度を超えて傾動させたときに前記球状当接部(47a)を摺接させる第2ガイド凹部(50)と、それら第1および第2ガイド凹部(49,50)間に配置されて、前記操作軸保持部材(26)を前記中立位置から前記所定角度を超えて傾動させたときに前記球状当接部(47a)が前記クリックばね(48)に抗して乗り越え可能な山部(51)とが、一つの前記摺動部材(47)に対し一個ずつ設けられることを特徴とする、ジョイスティック型スイッチ装置。
