Abstract
【解決手段】オートマチック車に適用するための安全制動装置であって、低速で加速ペダルを踏まずに車両が動く時に前後の他の車両や物体を感知して、接触事故を防止する安全制動装置を提供する。ブレーキペダルを強制的に引っ張って制動する作動器10と、当該作動器の制御操作のための制御回路20と、を備える。制御回路20は、速度感知と物体感知のための各回路部を備え、複数のリレー素子により順次制御する形態であって、ECUなど車両内の他の電子制御装置のプログラム変更なしに、簡単に追加装着可能なものである。したがって、既存の車両に容易に適用できる。

Claims (4)
- 車両内のブレーキペダルと連結され、当該ブレーキペダルを強制的に引っ張って制動する作動器と、当該作動器の制御操作のための制御回路とが備えられ、
当該制御回路は、車両速度をリアルタイムで感知する速度感知部と、車両周囲の物体をリアルタイムで感知する物体感知部とを備え、
加速ペダルを踏まない状態で、車両が一定の速度以下に前進または後進しており、車両周囲の物体が一定の距離以内に近接すれば、前記作動器を操作して、前記ブレーキペダルによる制動を実行及び維持し、加速ペダルを踏めば、車両運行を続けるように、前記ブレーキペダルによる制動状態を解除するように構成されたことを特徴とするオートマチック車の安全制動装置。 - 前記制御回路に、車両内のインヒビタースイッチの走行端子及び後進端子の共通接続点と接地との間に接続されて、車両が前進または後進する場合に通電し、その通電時に、前記速度感知部を作動させる接点を有する第1リレー素子と、車両速度が一定の速度以下である場合に、当該速度感知部の出力により通電し、その通電時に、前記物体感知部を作動させる接点を有する第2リレー素子と、車両と一定の距離以内にある物体が感知された場合に、当該物体感知部の出力により通電し、前記作動器を作動させる接点を有する第3リレー素子と、車両内の加速ペダルと連動して開閉され、加速ペダルを踏めば、前記作動器の作動を中止させる加速ペダルスイッチと、が備えられたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のオートマチック車の安全制動装置。
- 前記制御回路により作動器が作動した後、前記物体感知部による物体感知如何と関係なく、当該作動器の作動状態を、前記加速ペダルを踏むまで維持させる手段がさらに備えられたことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のオートマチック車の安全制動装置。
- 前記制御回路の物体感知部による物体感知時に警報する手段がさらに備えられたことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のオートマチック車の安全制動装置。
