Abstract
【解決手段】 ばね上加速度センサ8と積分器12によって、ばね上速度V1を検出する。ばね上加速度センサ8、ばね下加速度センサ9、減算器14および積分器13によって、車体1と車輪2との間の相対速度V2を検出する。目標減衰力演算器15、減衰力制限器16および減衰係数演算器17によって、相対速度V2に対する減衰力の傾きに相当する目標減衰係数Cを算出する。最大減衰係数マップ18および最小値選択器19によって、相対速度V2が低速なときに、目標減衰係数Cの上限を低下させた補正減衰係数Caを算出する。減衰係数マップ20は、補正減衰係数Caおよび相対速度V2に基づいて指令電流値Iを求める。

Claims (8)
- 車両の車体と車輪との間に設けられ発生する減衰力を調整可能な減衰力調整式緩衝器と、
車両の上,下方向の運動に関する状態を検出する上下運動検出手段と、
該上下運動検出手段の検出結果に基づき前記減衰力調整式緩衝器で発生する減衰力を制御する制御信号を出力するコントローラとを備えたサスペンション制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、前記上下運動検出手段の検出結果に基づき目標減衰力を算出する目標減衰力算出手段と、
前記減衰力調整式緩衝器のばね上とばね下との間の相対速度が低速なときに前記目標減衰力を低下させた補正減衰力を算出する補正手段と、
前記補正減衰力に対応した前記制御信号を前記減衰力調整式緩衝器に出力する制御信号出力手段とを備えたことを特徴とするサスペンション制御装置。 - 車両の車体と車輪との間に設けられ発生する減衰力を調整可能な減衰力調整式緩衝器と、
車両の上,下方向の運動に関する状態を検出する上下運動検出手段と、
該上下運動検出手段の検出結果に基づき前記減衰力調整式緩衝器で発生する減衰力を制御する制御信号を出力するコントローラとを備えたサスペンション制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、前記上下運動検出手段の検出結果に基づき目標減衰係数を算出する目標減衰係数算出手段と、
前記減衰力調整式緩衝器のばね上とばね下との間の相対速度が低速なときに前記目標減衰係数の上限を低下させた補正減衰係数を算出する補正手段と、
前記補正減衰係数に対応した前記制御信号を前記減衰力調整式緩衝器に出力する制御信号出力手段とを備えたことを特徴とするサスペンション制御装置。 - 前記補正手段は、前記相対速度に応じた最大減衰係数を有し、前記目標減衰係数が該最大減衰係数を超えたときに、前記目標減衰係数を該最大減衰係数に補正することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のサスペンション制御装置。
- 前記車体の姿勢変化を検出する姿勢変化検出手段をさらに備え、
前記補正手段は、前記姿勢変化検出手段の検出結果に基づき姿勢変化が生じると判断したときには、補正量を小さくすることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のサスペンション制御装置。 - 前記補正手段は、前記目標減衰係数または前記目標減衰力を前記減衰力調整式緩衝器の伸長行程と縮小行程との間で行程反転から離れるときのみ小さくすることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のサスペンション制御装置。
- 前記補正手段は、前記相対速度が低速であることの判断を、前記相対速度の変化率または前記相対速度の変化率の変化率に基づいて決定することを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載のサスペンション制御装置。
- 前記補正手段は、前記減衰力調整式緩衝器で発生可能な減衰力よりも前記補正減衰力を小さく設定する、または前記減衰力調整式緩衝器で発生可能な減衰係数よりも前記補正減衰係数を小さく設定することを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載のサスペンション制御装置。
- 前記目標減衰係数算出手段は双線形最適制御を用いることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のサスペンション制御装置。
