Description
上記2価酸成分としてA1)テレフタル酸とジメチルテレフタレートのいずれか一つと、
上記ジオール成分としてB1)エチレングリコール、B2)ネオペンチルグリコールとシクロヘキサンジメタノールのいずれか一つおよびB3)主鎖軸に炭素数が3つ以上である線形ジオール成分とがランダム共重合されて成される。
−熱収縮性ポリエステルフィルムの製造−
下記表1に示すように、組成を変化させながら、各々の共重合ポリエステル樹脂を製造した後、これを溶融押出し、主収縮方向に延伸および熱固定して、厚さ40μmの熱収縮性ポリエステルフィルムをそれぞれ製造した。このとき、重合反応条件およびその他プロセス条件は、本発明が属する技術分野において公知で通常使用されているポリエステルフィルムの標準製法に従う。
測定したい方向に長さ300mmおよびその垂直方向に幅15mmになるように試料を裁断した後、測定しようとする温度を維持する恒温水槽で10秒間熱処理した後の長さを利用して下記の式で計算した。
収縮率(%)=[(300−熱処理後の残り試料の長さ(mm))/300]×100
上記実施例および比較例において製造された各々のフィルムに対して、100個のHDPE容器にラベリングした後、手で押した時に緩んでラベルが折れる場合を不良として処理し、100個のうち不良ラベリング容器の数をパーセントで表示し、これに基づいて次のように評価した。
良好:不良率5%未満
不良:不良率5%以上
示差走査熱量計(differential scanning calorimetry、Q100、TA社)を用いて、フィルムそれぞれのガラス転移温度を測定した。
Claims (11)
- 熱収縮開始温度が60℃以下であり、ガラス転移温度(Tg)が77℃以下であり、60℃での熱収縮率が2%以上である、熱収縮性ポリエステルフィルム。
- 上記熱収縮性ポリエステルフィルムは、65℃における熱収縮率が15%以上であり、70℃における熱収縮率が42%以上で、80℃における熱収縮率が70%以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱収縮性ポリポリエステルフィルム。
- 上記熱収縮性ポリエステルフィルムは、1種の2価酸(diacid)成分と3種のジオール(diol)成分がランダム共重合されて成ることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱収縮性ポリエステルフィルム。
- 上記熱収縮開始温度が55℃〜60℃であり、ガラス転移温度(Tg)が70℃〜77℃であり、
60℃における熱収縮率:2%〜10%、65℃における熱収縮率:15%〜40%、70℃における熱収縮率:42%〜60%、および80℃における熱収縮率:70%〜75%の熱収縮特性を持つことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱収縮性ポリエステルフィルム。 - 上記熱収縮性ポリエステルフィルムは、
上記2価酸成分として、A1)テレフタル酸とジメチルテレフタレートのいずれか一つと、
上記ジオール成分として、B1)エチレングリコールと、B2)ネオペンチルグリコールとシクロヘキサンジメタノールのいずれか一つと、B3)主鎖軸に炭素数3つ以上の線形ジオール成分とがランダム共重合されてなることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の熱収縮性ポリエステルフィルム。 - 上記ジオール成分中のB3)成分が、ジエチレングリコール、1,3−プロパンジオール、1,4−ブタンジオールと1,5−ペンタンジオールからなる群より選ばれることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の熱収縮性ポリエステルフィルム。
- 上記ジオール成分中のB1)乃至B3)の含有量が、B1)60mol%〜90mol%、B2)5mol%〜30mol%、およびB3)1mol%〜20mol%であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の熱収縮性ポリエステルフィルム。
- 上記ジオール成分中のB1)乃至B3)の含有量が、B1)60mol%〜85mol%、B2)10mol%〜25mol%、およびB3)1mol%〜15mol%であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の熱収縮性ポリエステルフィルム。
- 上記熱収縮性ポリエステルフィルムは、主収縮方向に1軸延伸されたフィルムであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱収縮性ポリエステルフィルム。
- 請求項1項による熱収縮性ポリエステルフィルムからなる容器ラベル。
- 上記容器ラベルは、高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)容器に対するラベルであることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の容器ラベル。
