Claims (8)
- 2,2-디메틸(1,3-프로판)디올 공중합 폴리에스터 및 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트를 주성분으로 하며, 스타이렌-아크릴계 공중합체를 0.05 내지 5 중량% 포함하는, 열수축성 폴리에스터 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,2,2-디메틸(1,3-프로판)디올 공중합 폴리에스터 및 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트를 각각 75 내지 94 중량% 및 5 내지 20 중량% 범위의 양으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열수축성 폴리에스터 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,스타이렌-아크릴계 공중합체가 수평균 분자량이 3,000 이하이고 분자쇄당 4개 이상의 에폭시기를 가진 것임을 특징으로 하는, 열수축성 폴리에스터 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,주 수축방향으로 30% 수축 후의 직교방향의 인장강도(TS)가 3 Kgf/㎟ 이상이고, 인장 신도(EL)가 100% 이상임을 특징으로 하는, 열수축성 폴리에스터 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,90℃ 끓는 물 중에서 10초간 유지한 후 측정한 수축률이 최소 일방향으로 50%이상 인 것을 특징으로 하는, 열수축성 폴리에스터 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,유리병에 라벨링시의 외부충격시험에서 주 수축방향과 직교방향으로의 파열 불량률이 20% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 열수축성 폴리에스터 필름.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,외부충격시험이, 필름으로 전체 피복된 유리병들을 이격거리 5mm가 되도록 위치시킨 상태에서 진동폭 50㎜, 진동속도 180왕복/분으로 30분간 수평 진동시킨 후 병의 원주 상에 30㎜ 이상의 파열 상처가 생긴 것을 측정함으로써 수행된 것임을 특징으로 하는, 열수축성 폴리에스터 필름.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 열수축성 폴리에스터 필름으로 라벨링된 유리병 제품.
