Abstract
Description
Claims (29)
- 撮像源と撮像検出器との間での位置付けのための針生検組立体であって、
支持構造と、
該支持構造に連結される固定支持アームと、
前記撮像検出器によって定められる平面に対して垂直な平面から偏心した角度で前記固定支持アームに連結される角度支持アームとを含む、
針生検組立体。 - 前記角度支持アームに移動可能に連結されるホルスタ取付部を更に含み、該ホルスタ取付部は、前記角度支持アームに沿って針生検ホルスタを支持するよう構成される、請求項1に記載の針生検組立体。
- 前記支持構造と前記固定支持アームとの間に連結される案内モジュールを更に含み、該案内モジュールは、前記角度支持アームに沿う前記ホルスタ取付部の自動化された移動を制御するための構成部品を含む、請求項2に記載の針生検組立体。
- 前記角度支持アームに沿って前記ホルスタ取付部を手動で前進させるための機構を更に含む、請求項2に記載の針生検組立体。
- 前記固定支持アームと前記角度支持アームとの間の角度を調節するための調節機構を含む、請求項1に記載の針生検組立体。
- 前記案内モジュールを制御するための制御ユニットを更に含む、請求項2に記載の針生検組立体。
- 前記制御ユニットは、当該針生検組立体に関連する情報を表示するためのディスプレイを含む、請求項6に記載の針生検組立体。
- 前記ディスプレイ情報は、当該針生検組立体に関連する警告情報を含む、請求項6に記載の針生検組立体。
- 前記情報は、前記角度支持アームに連結される生検装置の位置と関連付けられる、請求項7に記載の針生検組立体。
- 前記情報は、前記角度支持アームに連結される生検装置の種類と関連付けられる、請求項7に記載の針生検組立体。
- 前記角度支持アームに連結される針支持体を更に含む、請求項1に記載の針生検組立体。
- 横方向生検の間に生検針を支持するために当該針生検組立体に連結可能な横方向生検アームを更に含む、請求項1に記載の針生検組立体。
- X線源と、
該X線源に対して垂直な平面内に配置されるX線検出器と、
前記X線源と前記X線検出器との間に解放可能に連結可能な針生検組立体とを含み、
該針生検組立体は、
支持構造と、
該支持構造に連結される固定支持アームと、
前記X線検出器の平面から偏心した角度で前記固定支持アームに連結される角度支持アームとを含む、
X線撮像システム。 - 標的場所で前記ホルスタ取付部に連結される生検装置を位置付けるために前記角度支持アームに移動可能に連結されるホルスタ取付部を更に含む、請求項13に記載のX線撮像システム。
- 前記針生検組立体の前記支持構造と前記固定支持アームとの間に連結される案内モジュールを更に含み、該案内モジュールは、前記標的場所の座標を決定し、前記決定される座標への前記ホルスタ取付部及び結合される生検装置の自動化された動作を制御する、請求項14に記載のX線撮像システム。
- 前記標的場所の前記座標は、前記X線撮像システムによって獲得されるX線画像データを使用して決定される、請求項15に記載のX線撮像システム。
- 前記X線画像データは、二次元画像データを含む、請求項16に記載のX線撮像システム。
- 前記二次元画像データは、偵察画像、乳房X線撮像、定位画像、及び、トモシンセシス投射画像のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項17に記載のX線撮像システム。
- 前記X線画像データは、三次元画像データを含む、請求項16に記載のX線撮像システム。
- 前記三次元画像データは、定位容積データと、トモシンセシス再構築データとを含む、請求項19に記載のX線撮像システム。
- 前記X線画像データは、二次元画像データと三次元画像データとの組み合わせを含む、請求項16に記載のX線撮像システム。
- 前記角度支持アームに沿って前記ホルスタ取付部を手動で前進させるための機構を更に含む、請求項2に記載の針生検組立体のX線撮像システム。
- X線撮像システムを使用して乳房生検を行う方法であって、
前記X線撮像システムは、X線源と、X線検出器と、該X線検出器の平面から偏心する角度で生検装置を支持する針生検組立体とを含み、
当該方法は、
生検されるべき乳房を圧縮するステップと、
前記乳房内の病巣を視覚化するステップと、
前記病巣の座標を決定することを含む、前記視覚化される病巣を標的化するステップと、
前記生検装置の針を前記標的化される病巣に向かって前進させるステップと、
前記病巣を切除するステップとを含む、
方法。 - 前記視覚化するステップ及び前記標的化するステップは、異なるX線画像データを使用して行われる、請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記異なるX線画像データは、二次元画像データと三次元画像データとを含む群から選択される、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 前記二次元画像データは、偵察画像、乳房X線撮像、定位画像、及び、トモシンセシス投射システムを含む群から選択される、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 前記三次元画像データは、定位容積データ及びトモシンセシス再構築データを含む群から選択される、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 前記生検装置の前記針を前記標的化する病巣に向かって前進させるステップは、自動前進と手動前進との組み合わせを含む、請求項23に記載の方法。
- 画像獲得装置と、
該画像獲得装置によって捕捉される画像を検討するために、前記画像獲得装置に連結される、獲得ワークステーションとを含み、
該獲得ワークステーションは、前記画像獲得装置の生検モードと関連付けられるユーザーインターフェースを含み、該ユーザーインターフェースは、前記生検中に病巣を視覚化するステップ及び標的化するステップのうちの少なくとも一方における使用のために画像データの種類を選択するための機構を含み、前記画像データの種類は、二次元画像データと三次元画像データとを含む群から選択される、
