Description
Claims (8)
- 医療機器で収集された、造影された心臓領域に関する第1画像のデータを記憶する記憶部と、
前記第1画像のデータの画素値の分布に基づいて前記心臓領域に含まれる特定領域を特定する第1特定部と、
前記特定された特定領域を縮小させた領域を関心領域に設定する設定部と、
前記設定された関心領域について前記特定領域の機能に関する指標を計算する指標計算部と、
を具備する画像処理装置。 - 前記第1特定部は、前記特定領域として、心筋領域の外側輪郭と内側輪郭との間の領域を特定する、請求項1記載の画像処理装置。
- 前記設定部は、前記外側輪郭と前記内側輪郭との間の厚みを縮小させた領域を前記関心領域に設定する、請求項2記載の画像処理装置。
- 前記記憶部は、前記心臓領域に関し前記第1画像のデータとは異なる時刻に対応する第2画像のデータを記憶し、
前記設定部は、前記第2画像に含まれる左心室の心筋領域の位置又は形状に応じて前記関心領域を移動し又は変形して、前記移動又は変形された関心領域を第2画像の関心領域に設定する、
請求項1記載の画像処理装置。 - 前記心臓領域を含み、異なる時刻に関する複数の画像のデータを記憶する記憶部と、
前記複数の画像のデータに関する時間濃度曲線に基づいて、前記複数の画像のデータから第1時刻に関する前記第1の画像のデータを特定する第2特定部と、
をさらに備える請求項1記載の画像処理装置。 - 前記指標計算部は、前記心筋領域に関する複数の断面のそれぞれについて、前記計算される指標値を、前記心筋領域の左心室の長軸周りの角度と前記左心室の先端からの距離とに応じた極座標にプロットしたマップを作成し、
前記表示部は、前記作成されたマップを表示する、
請求項2記載の画像処理装置 - 前記特定領域の縮小幅は、被検体の心拍数、スキャン条件、及び再構成条件の少なくとも一つに応じて決定される、請求項1記載の画像処理装置。
- 被検体の造影された心臓を含むスキャン領域をスキャンするスキャン部と、
前記スキャン部からの投影データに基づいて前記心臓の領域を含む画像のデータを発生する発生部と、
前記発生された画像のデータの画素値の分布に基づいて前記心臓領域に含まれる特定領域を特定する特定部と、
前記特定された特定領域を縮小させた領域を関心領域に設定する設定部と、
前記設定された関心領域について前記特定領域の機能に関する指標を計算する指標計算部と、
を具備するX線コンピュータ断層撮影装置。
