Claims (13)
- 前記建物(E)の少なくとも1つの壁に連結する少なくとも1つの支承構造(2、102、202、302)を有する建物の構造防護システムであって、
前記支承構造(2、102、202、302)は前記建物(E)の壁に強固に連結し、
前記支承構造(2、102、202、302)は、地震による支承構造の振動によって生じるエネルギーを分散するように適合したエネルギー分散システム(1)を有する特殊構造である構造システムにおいて、
前記支承構造(2、102、202、302)は基礎(20)を有し、前記エネルギー分散システム(1)は地面と前記支承構造の前記基礎(20)との間に設置し、前記支承構造の前記基礎(20)は、少なくとも1つの球形接合部材(4)またはヒンジ(104)を用いて前記地面に結合し、
前記球形接合部材(4)またはヒンジ(104)は前記支承構造の前記鉛直軸に設置し、前記エネルギー分散装置(1)は前記球形接合部材(4)またはヒンジ(104)に対して周辺位置に設置することを特徴とする構造防護システム。 - 前記支承構造(2、102、202、302)は、前記建物の壁に連結する第1の端部(3a)と前記支承構造(2)に連結する第2の端部(3b)とを有する剛性ロッド(3)を用いて、前記建物(E)の前記壁に強固に連結することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の構造システム。
- 前記剛性ロッド(3)は、前記建物の前記床部(S)に対する水平面に沿って設置し、前記支承構造(2、102)は、前記建物の前記床部(S)に対する水平面に沿って設置した補強材(S’)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の構造システム。
- 前記エネルギー分散システムは、2つの剛性ロッド間に設置したエネルギー分散手段(1c)を有する複数のエネルギー分散装置(1)で構成することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一項に記載の構造システム。
- 前記エネルギー分散装置(1)は、前記エネルギー分散手段(1c)に対して平行位置に設置した衝撃吸収部材を備えることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の構造システム。
- 前記エネルギー分散装置(1)は、地面に結合する第1の端部(1a)と、前記支承構造の前記基礎(20)に結合する第2の端部(1b)とを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一項に記載の構造システム。
- 前記エネルギー分散システムは、前記支承構造の振動中に前記エネルギー分散装置(1)の移動を増大させるように適合したレバー機構(5)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のうちいずれか一項に記載の構造システム。
- 前記レバー機構(5)は、地面に結合するフランジで枢動する第1のレバー(L1)と、前記支承構造の前記基礎で枢動する端部(La)および前記第1のレバー(L1)で枢動する第2の端部(Lb)を有する第2のレバー(L2)とを備え、前記エネルギー分散装置(1)は、前記支承構造の前記基礎で枢動する第1の端部(1a)と前記第1のレバー(L1)で枢動する第2の端部(1b)とを有することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の構造システム。
- 前記支承構造(2)は、前記建物(E)外部にある塔であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のうちいずれか一項に記載の構造システム。
- 前記支承構造(102)は、前記建物(E)外部にある平面架構であることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のうちいずれか一項に記載の構造システム。
- 前記支承構造(202)は、前記建物(E)内部に位置する塔であることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のうちいずれか一項に記載の構造システム。
- 前記支承構造(302)は支柱であることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のうちいずれか一項に記載の構造システム。
- 前記支承構造(2;102;202;302)は、中央のヒンジで互いに結合した複数の重複部分で構成し、該ヒンジの周りに前記エネルギー分散装置(1)を設置することを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のうちいずれか一項に記載の構造システム。
