- 正極集電体上に、
オリビン型構造のリチウム含有複合酸化物の直方体または略直方体の粒子と、
酸化グラフェンまたは2乃至100の多層酸化グラフェンと、
を含む層を形成し、
前記正極集電体表面に対して垂直方向または略垂直方向に加圧し、
前記酸化グラフェンまたは前記2乃至100の多層酸化グラフェンを還元することにより、正極活物質層を作製する工程を有する、
リチウム二次電池用正極の作製方法。 - 前記リチウム含有複合酸化物は、リン酸鉄リチウムである、
請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池用正極の作製方法。 - 正極集電体と、前記正極集電体上の正極活物質層と、を有し、
前記正極活物質層は、
オリビン型構造のリチウム含有複合酸化物の直方体または略直方体の粒子と、
還元された酸化グラフェンまたは2乃至100の還元された多層酸化グラフェンと、
を有し、
前記リチウム含有複合酸化物は、b軸が前記正極集電体表面に対して垂直または略垂直に配向した、
リチウム二次電池用正極。 - 前記リチウム含有複合酸化物は、リン酸鉄リチウムである、
請求項3に記載のリチウム二次電池用正極。 - 前記正極活物質層は、
X線回折測定における前記リチウム含有複合酸化物の(020)面と(101)面の回折ピーク強度比(I(020)/I(101))が、4.5以上5.5以下である、
請求項3または請求項4に記載のリチウム二次電池用正極。 - 前記リチウム含有複合酸化物は、
b軸方向の長さがa軸およびc軸方向の長さよりも短い直方体又は略直方体の粒子である、
請求項3乃至請求項5のいずれか一に記載のリチウム二次電池用正極。 - 請求項3乃至請求項6のいずれか一に記載の正極と、
負極と、
電解質と、を有する、
リチウム二次電池。
