Claims (10)
- 薄型のリチウム二次電池であって、
正極と、
樹脂層を有し、所定の重ね合わせ方向において前記正極上に配置されるセパレータと、
前記重ね合わせ方向において前記セパレータの前記正極とは反対側に配置される負極と、
前記正極、前記負極および前記セパレータに含浸する電解液と、
前記重ね合わせ方向の両側から前記正極および前記負極を被覆し、前記正極、前記セパレータ、前記負極および前記電解液を内部に収容するシート状の外装体と、
を備え、
前記セパレータの透気度は、20sec/100cc以上かつ75sec/100cc以下であることを特徴とするリチウム二次電池。 - 請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池であって、
前記樹脂層はポリイミドにより形成されていることを特徴とするリチウム二次電池。 - 請求項1または2に記載のリチウム二次電池であって、
前記正極および前記負極のうち前記樹脂層に対向する一の電極において、前記樹脂層に対向する面は樹脂を含まないことを特徴とするリチウム二次電池。 - 請求項3に記載のリチウム二次電池であって、
前記一の電極は前記正極であり、
前記正極は、
導電性を有するシート状の集電体と、
リチウム複合酸化物を含む板状セラミック焼結体である活物質板と、
を備えることを特徴とするリチウム二次電池。 - 請求項3に記載のリチウム二次電池であって、
前記セパレータにおいて、前記正極および前記負極のうち他の電極に対向する面も樹脂により形成されており、
前記他の電極の前記セパレータに対向する面は樹脂を含まないことを特徴とするリチウム二次電池。 - 請求項5に記載のリチウム二次電池であって、
前記一の電極は前記正極であり、
前記他の電極は前記負極であり、
前記正極は、
導電性を有するシート状の集電体と、
リチウム複合酸化物を含む板状セラミック焼結体である活物質板と、
を備え、
前記負極は、
導電性を有するシート状の集電体と、
リチウム複合酸化物を含む板状セラミック焼結体である活物質板と、
を備えることを特徴とするリチウム二次電池。 - 請求項4または6に記載のリチウム二次電池であって、
前記正極の前記活物質板は、層状岩塩構造を有する複数の一次粒子が結合した構造を有しており、
前記複数の一次粒子の平均傾斜角は、0°よりも大きく、かつ、30°以下であり、
前記平均傾斜角は、前記複数の一次粒子の(003)面と前記正極の前記活物質板の主面とが成す角度の平均値であることを特徴とするリチウム二次電池。 - 請求項1ないし7のいずれか1つに記載のリチウム二次電池であって、
シート状デバイス、または、可撓性を有するデバイスにおける電力供給源として利用されることを特徴とするリチウム二次電池。 - 請求項8に記載のリチウム二次電池であって、
前記可撓性を有するデバイスであるスマートカードにおける電力供給源として利用されることを特徴とするリチウム二次電池。 - 請求項1ないし9のいずれか1つに記載のリチウム二次電池であって、
製造の際に加熱しつつ加圧する工程が施される対象デバイスにおける電力供給源として利用されることを特徴とするリチウム二次電池。
