Description
1.バッテリを充電するようにソーラーエネルギーを得るためのロボット10上に配置されたソーラーパネル18。ソーラーパネル18は、自然環境からの保護のために密封されており、ソーラーエネルギーの光学的収集のためにロボット10の頂部に搭載されている。パネル18はまた、雨及び重力が堆積物を洗い流すのを助けるように傾斜している。
2.送電ラインに沿って分布した構造物上に位置する複数の充電ステーションが、ロボット10のバッテリを充電することに使用されうる。ロボット10がドッキングするときに充電ステーションからのエネルギーがロボット10のバッテリに伝送されるように、充電ステーションは、電場、磁場、ソーラー、風、温度差、及び振動のような技術を使用して数週間に亘ってゆっくりとバッテリに充電する。
3.ロボット10はまたE−フィールド(電場)を使用して充電されうる。この場合、電圧を印加したフェーズからE−フィールドに容量的に結合するロボットの下に「プレート」が位置し、連続的にバッテリを充電する。
4.ロボット10は、磁場を使用して充電されうる。シールド線が構造物に設置されている場合、相電流内の不均衡によって、電流がワイヤ内を流れる。電流からの電力は、インダクタ(誘導子)又は変流器を使用して収集され、充電のためにバッテリに送られる。
5.シールド線が(片側又は両側で)絶縁されている場合、ロボット10は、シールド線絶縁体がある構造物に移動し、そして、インピーダンス又は完全短絡で構造にギャップをブリッジ(架橋)する。これによって電流が流されるであろう。電流及び電圧が生成されてバッテリを充電することに使用される。そして、ロボット10のバッテリが再充電を必要とするまでロボット10はその検査任務で前進し、その時点でロボット10が自身を再度充電する隣の利用可能な構造物に移動する。
Claims (19)
- ライン検査ロボットであって、
(a)ラインに沿って当該ロボットを推進させるための少なくとも1つの駆動システムと、
(b)前記少なくとも1つの駆動システムに対して回動するように構成されたプラットフォームと、
(c)当該ロボットを制御するように構成された制御システムと、
を備えることを特徴とするライン検査ロボット。 - 前記少なくとも1つの駆動システムは、前記ラインをクランプすると共に当該ロボットが前記ラインを縦断することを可能にするように構成された複数のホイールを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のライン検査ロボット。
- 前記少なくとも1つの駆動システムは、前記複数のホイールを駆動するためのギアボックスをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の検査ロボット。
- 前記複数のホイールは、前記ラインを受容するための開位置と、前記複数のホイール間に前記ラインを固定するための閉位置との間で動作するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の検査ロボット。
- 前記プラットフォームは前記制御システムの電気ハードウェアを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の検査ロボット。
- ライン検査ロボットであって、
(a)プラットフォームによって相互接続され、且つ、シールド線にそって当該ロボットを推進させるように構成された、一対の離隔したトラックと、
(b)前記プラットフォームに包含され、当該ライン検査ロボットを制御するように構成された制御システムと、
を備えることを特徴とするライン検査ロボット。 - 前記各トラックは駆動システムを含み、
前記駆動システムは、
(a)前記シールド線をクランプするための複数のホイールであって、当該ロボットが前記シールド線を縦断することを可能にする、複数のホイールと、
(b)前記複数のホイールの一部を駆動させるためのギアボックスと、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のライン検査ロボット。 - 前記複数のホイールのうちの少なくとも1つは、前記シールド線が前記複数のホイール間に受容される開位置と、前記シールド線が前記複数のホイール間に固定される閉位置との間で動作するように、ホイールプラットフォームに搭載されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のライン検査ロボット。
- 前記駆動システムは、前記複数のホイールに動作式に接続されたモータをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のライン検査ロボット。
- 当該ロボットが曲がり角を曲がること、又は、上り勾配及び下り勾配を移動することを可能にするように、前記プラットフォームが前記トラックに回動式に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のライン検査ロボット。
- 前記制御システムは、中央プロセッサ及びマイクロプロセッサを含み、多重センサからのデータを融合して、測定の信頼性を増加させると共に前記データに応答して当該ロボットを制御することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のライン検査ロボット。
- 前記制御システムは、
(a)敷設用地、導体、絶縁体及びタワーを検査するための複数の高解像度カメラと、
(b)運行検査のための複数の短焦点カメラと、
(c)敷設用地及び送電ラインの構成要素を走査するためのレーザー距離計と、
(d)音響信号を受信するように構成され、問題の状態及び前記問題の状態に由来する方向を特定する、音響センサと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のライン検査ロボット。 - 前記制御システムは、
(a)外気温度、相対湿度及び風速を測定するための天気センサと、
(b)当該ロボットの動作温度を判断するための内部ロボット温度センサと、
(c)雷が発生しうる時を判断するためのDCチャージセンサと、
(d)当該ロボットの傾き又は垂直勾配を測定し、且つ、前記シールド線の主要な振動形式を特定するための3−D加速度計と、
(e)広域無線周波数妨害検知を提供するための無線周波数妨害センサと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のライン検査ロボット。 - 前記制御システムは、ワイヤレスセンサリーダを含み、前記送電ラインに沿って配置された分散したセンサからのデータを読み取ることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のライン検査ロボット。
- 前記制御システムは、データを伝送且つ受信するように、ローカルワイヤレスモデム及び衛星ワイヤレスモデムを有する通信システムを含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のライン検査ロボット。
- 当該ロボットを充電するようにソーラーエネルギーを収集するためのソーラーパネルをさらに含み、前記ソーラーパネルは、雨及び重力が堆積物を洗い流すように、前記ロボット上に位置していることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のライン検査ロボット。
- 環境的状態が当該ロボットの正常な移動を妨げる場合に、適切な位置で前記シールド線に前記トラックのホイールをロックするように、パーキングブレーキをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のライン検査ロボット。
- 前記ギアボックスは、2つの速度ギアボックスであり、低速/高トルクを有する第1ギア設定、及び、高速/低トルクを有する第2ギア設定を提供することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のライン検査ロボット。
- (a)ライン検査ロボットであって、
(i)プラットフォームにより相互接続され、当該ロボットをシールド線に沿って推進させるように構成された一対の離隔したトラックと、
(ii)前記プラットフォームに包含され、当該ライン検査ロボットを制御するように構成された制御システムと、
(iii)ワイヤレスセンサリーダと、を有するライン検査ロボットと、
(b)架空送電ラインに沿って配置された複数のセンサであって、当該センサは、架空送電ライン及びその構成要素の保全に関するデータを収集し、且つ、ロボットがセンサに近接するときに、前記ワイヤレスセンサリーダが前記ロボットによって分析するために当該センサから伝送されたデータを受信する、複数のセンサと、
を備えることを特徴とするライン検査システム。
