Claims (5)
- プロピレン及び任意的に少なくとも1つの他のオレフィンを、気相重合条件下、第1の重合リアクターにおいて触媒組成物と接触させることを含み、ここで、前記触媒組成物が、プロ触媒、助触媒、及び、第1の選択性制御剤(SCA1)と、第2の選択性制御剤(SCA2)と、活性制限剤(ALA)とを含む混合された外部電子供与体(M−EED)を含み、
ASTM D1238−01(230℃、2.16kg)に従って測定されるときに約100g/10分を超えるメルトフローレートを有する活性なプロピレン系ポリマーを第1の重合リアクターにおいて形成すること、
前記活性なプロピレン系ポリマーを、重合条件下、第2のリアクターにおいて少なくとも1つのオレフィンと接触させること、及び
約60g/10分を超えるメルトフローレートを有するプロピレン耐衝撃コポリマーを形成すること
を含む重合方法。 - 混合された外部電子供与体(M−EED)、第1の選択性制御剤(SCA1)、第2の選択性制御剤(SCA2)、活性制限剤(ALA)及びそれらの組合せからなる群より選択される成分を前記第2のリアクターに導入することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記活性なプロピレン系ポリマーをプロピレン及びエチレンと接触させること、並びに、約5wt%〜約50wt%のFc値及び約20wt%〜約90wt%のEc値を有するプロピレン耐衝撃コポリマーを形成することを含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 重合条件下、重合リアクターにおいて、少なくとも1つのオレフィンを、ASTM D−1238−01(230℃、2.16kg)に従って測定されるときに約100g/10分を超えるメルトフローレートを有する活性なプロピレン系ポリマーと接触させること、及び
約85g/10分を超えるメルトフローレートを有するプロピレン耐衝撃コポリマーを形成すること
を含む重合方法。 - ASTM D−1238−01(230℃、2.16kg)に従って測定されるときに約100g/10分を超えるメルトフローレート(MFR)を有するプロピレン系ポリマー、及び
前記プロピレン系ポリマー内に分散されるプロピレン/エチレン コポリマー
を含み、約60g/10分を超えるメルトフローレート、約5wt%〜約50wt%のFc値及び約20wt%〜約90wt%のEc値を有するプロピレン耐衝撃コポリマー。
