Abstract
【解決手段】第2オリフィス流路60を開閉するゴム状弾性膜からなる弁部材62を、第2オリフィス流路の流れ方向に直交するように仕切り体40に設ける。弁部材62の可撓性膜部62Bに、第2オリフィス流路内の液流動による可撓性膜部の撓み変形により第2オリフィス流路60の開口60A,60Bを閉塞する弁部70を設けるとともに、該開口に対して重ならない位置に第2オリフィス流路を連通させる連通穴72を設ける。該弁部70に、可撓性膜部62Bの膜面から突出してその撓み変形時に上記開口を取り囲む筒状緩衝部74を設け、その突出高さQを肉厚Pよりも大きく形成する。

Claims (8)
- 振動源側と支持側の一方に取り付けられる第1取付具と、
振動源側と支持側の他方に取り付けられる第2取付具と、
前記第1取付具と第2取付具との間に介設されたゴム状弾性体からなる防振基体と、
前記防振基体が室壁の一部をなす液体が封入された主液室と、
ゴム状弾性膜からなるダイヤフラムが室壁の一部をなす液体が封入された少なくとも1つの副液室と、
前記主液室といずれかの前記副液室とを連結する第1オリフィス流路と、
前記第1オリフィス流路よりも高周波数域にチューニングされて前記主液室と副液室のうちのいずれか2つの液室間を連結する第2オリフィス流路と、
前記主液室といずれかの前記副液室とを仕切るとともに、前記第2オリフィス流路が形成された仕切り体と、
前記仕切り体に設けられた弁収容室内にて前記第2オリフィス流路の流れ方向に直交するように保持されて前記第2オリフィス流路を開閉するゴム状弾性膜からなる弁部材と、
を備え、
前記弁部材は、外周部が前記仕切り体に液密に保持されるとともに、前記外周部よりも内側の可撓性膜部において、前記弁収容室への前記第2オリフィス流路の開口に対向配置されて前記第2オリフィス流路内の液流動による前記可撓性膜部の撓み変形により前記開口を閉塞する弁部と、前記開口に対して重ならない位置に設けられて前記第2オリフィス流路を連通させる連通穴とを備え、
前記弁部は、前記可撓性膜部の膜面から突出して前記可撓性膜部の撓み変形時に前記開口を取り囲む筒状をなしかつ肉厚よりも突出高さが大きく形成された筒状緩衝部を備えてなる
ことを特徴とする液封入式防振装置。 - 前記筒状緩衝部は、前記可撓性膜部からの突出高さが当該筒状緩衝部の外側における前記可撓性膜部の肉厚よりも大きく設定されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の液封入式防振装置。
- 前記筒状緩衝部は、前記可撓性膜部の表裏両側の膜面からそれぞれ突出して設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の液封入式防振装置。
- 前記筒状緩衝部に高さ方向に延びるスリットが設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の液封入式防振装置。
- 前記可撓性膜部には、前記筒状緩衝部の外側に当該筒状緩衝部よりも突出高さが高い突起が複数設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の液封入式防振装置。
- 前記複数の突起は、突出高さと断面積の少なくとも一方が異なる複数種類の突起からなることを特徴とする請求項5記載の液封入式防振装置。
- 前記筒状緩衝部の先端に複数の補助突起が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の液封入式防振装置。
- 前記筒状緩衝部の内側の膜部分にリブが設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の液封入式防振装置。
