Description
加えて、本態様に従う構造とされた流体封入式防振装置においては、特別な支持構造を設けることなく、仕切部材と本体ゴム弾性体を巧く利用して板ばねを組付け支持することが出来る。これにより、部品点数の増加防止や組付け作業性の向上といった優れた効果を得ることができ得る。
Claims (6)
- 第一の取付部材と第二の取付部材を本体ゴム弾性体で連結すると共に、該第二の取付部材で仕切部材を支持せしめて、該本体ゴム弾性体で壁部の一部が構成されて非圧縮性流体が封入された受圧室と、壁部の一部が可撓性膜で構成されて非圧縮性流体が封入された平衡室を、該仕切部材を挟んだ両側に形成すると共に、それら受圧室と平衡室を連通するオリフィス通路を該仕切部材を利用して形成した流体封入式防振装置において、
前記仕切部材に短絡路を形成し、前記オリフィス通路を通じて連通された前記受圧室と前記平衡室が該短絡路を通じて短絡せしめられるようにすると共に、該短絡路を連通状態と遮断状態に切り換える弁体を設け、更に、該弁体を所定の初期弾性変形量で遮断状態に保持せしめる金属ばねを設ける一方、
前記仕切部材の前記受圧室側の表面に板ばねを配設して、該板ばねを所定の初期弾性変形量で該仕切部材の表面に向かって押し付けられるように重ね合わせることにより、該板ばねによって前記弁体および前記金属ばねを構成して、前記短絡路の該受圧室への開口部を該板ばねで覆蓋せしめると共に、
前記板ばねが、前記仕切部材の外周縁部において該仕切部材と前記本体ゴム弾性体との間で挟まれて支持されるようにしたことを特徴とする流体封入式防振装置。 - 前記板ばねが、前記仕切部材の外周縁部において該仕切部材に固定されて、該仕切部材の中心側に向かって延び出した舌弁によって構成されている請求項1に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 平板形状のばね板本体にU字状の切込みを入れることによって、該U字状の切込みの内側部分で前記板ばねが形成されていると共に、該U字状の切込みの外側部分で該ばね板本体を前記仕切部材に対して位置決めする位置決め手段を設けた請求項1又は2に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記ばね板本体が、前記仕切部材の前記受圧室側の面において軸直角方向一方向で全長に亘って延びており、その両端部分が、該仕切部材と前記本体ゴム弾性体との間で挟持されている請求項3に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記短絡路が、前記オリフィス通路の長さ方向の中央よりも前記平衡室側への開口部側に偏倚して形成されている請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記仕切部材の前記受圧室側の面における前記短絡路の開口部と、そこに重ね合わされる前記弁体との少なくとも一方が、シール材を備えている請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
