Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable provision of excellent vibration isolation properties in relation to vibration in a wide frequency area, by a method wherein a plurality of deformable hydraulic absorption parts are partitioned between the partition plate of a resilient member and a partition wall, and the hydraulic absorption parts and a communication hole between collection and balance chambers are formed in the partition wall. CONSTITUTION:First and second support metals 10 and 12 are resiliently intercoupled through a rubber resilient body 28, and a space filled with a non-compressive fluid is formed between a diaphragm 34 and the first support metal 10. In a partition mem ber 36, first and second hydraulic absorbing parts 56 and 58 and a containing space 48 are formed with first and second partitioning metals 42 and 44, a partition plate 50 of a rubber resilient material, and outer and inner projections 52 and 54. A liquid- sealed space is partitioned into a collection chamber 38 and a balance chamber 40 by means of the partition member. Further, the partition member 36 is provided with central and peripheral communicating passages 60 and 62. This constitution enables provision of vibration isolating properties being excellent in vibration input in a low frequency area by means of an orifice passage and in a high frequency area by means of the hydraulic absorbing parts 56 and 58, and permits reduction of a manufacturing cost with high producibility.
