In recent years, anti-vibration rubber that utilizes the damping effect of liquid has come to be used as anti-vibration rubber for engine mounts and the like. Figure 1 shows an example of such a conventional anti-vibration rubber, in which upper and lower plates 1 and 2, bolts 3 to which the vibrating body is attached are installed in the upper plate 1, and bolts 3 to which the vibrating body is attached are installed between them. A hollow chamber is formed by embedding a supporting body 4 to be used, and annular rubber elastic bodies 5 and 6 are integrally arranged above and below, and the rubber bodies are oriented toward the center so as to almost bisect this hollow chamber. The orifice 7 is formed by causing the orifice to come out to form a restriction passage, that is, an orifice 7.
It is divided into upper and lower chambers R 1 and R 2 communicating with each other, and each chamber R 1 ,
The structure is such that R2 is filled with an incompressible liquid, typically water. In addition, 8 in the figure is an outer ring.

However, with this type of vibration isolating rubber, the upper and lower chambers are protected against vibrations that occur only in the vertical direction.
The damping effect of the liquid is exerted through the cooperative action of R 1 , R 2 and the orifice 7, but in reality, not only simple vertical vibrations but also many horizontal vibrations are applied to the engine mount. For this reason, no hydraulic damping ability can be expected.

Here, a rubber elastic body and a rigid member are arranged vertically to form a hollow part, and this hollow part is filled with an incompressible liquid and divided into upper and lower parts, which are communicated through an orifice, as shown in Figure 1. This vibration isolating rubber is similar to the above, but in addition, hollow chambers R 3 and R 4 are formed in the annular rubber elastic body 5 and are spaced apart in the circumferential direction, and these are communicated through an orifice 9.

For vertical vibrations, the liquid in the upper and lower chambers R 1 and R 2 that communicate through the orifice 7 contributes to the development of damping ability, while for the horizontal direction, the liquid in the upper and lower chambers R 1 and R 2 that communicate through the orifice 9 also contributes to the development of damping capacity. The damping ability is provided by the liquid in the chambers R 3 and R 4 . Note that the horizontal hydraulic pressure damping ability has a directionality, so in this case, it is possible to achieve a remarkable effect by arranging the hollow chambers in the horizontal direction so that they are biased according to the directionality. It is something that

Here, two chambers R 3 and R 4 are provided on the outer periphery of the annular rubber elastic body 5 at symmetrical positions in this example,
These are communicated through an orifice (communicating pore) 9. Note that 1 to 8, R 1 , and R 2 in the figure indicate the same contents as in the explanation of FIG. 1.

In the anti-vibration rubber having such a structure, vibration in the vertical direction is damped by the damping ability based on the flow of liquid in the chambers R 1 and R 2 communicated by the orifice 7, and in the horizontal direction by the damping ability based on the flow of liquid in the chambers R 1 and R 2 communicated by the orifice 9. The damping ability is provided by the flow of liquid in R 3 and R 4 . In this case, the lateral damping ability causes so-called anisotropy due to the arrangement of the chambers R 3 and R 4 , but the anisotropy can be further reduced by adding a liquid chamber to the middle of the orifice 9, for example. obtain.

In the illustrated example, the upper and lower chambers R 1 and R 2 ,
Orifices 7 and 9 are separate from the left and right chambers R 3 and R 4 , respectively.
However, it goes without saying that these chambers may be communicated with each other through an orifice if necessary.

FIG. 4 shows another example of this invention in vertical section,
An annular rubber elastic body 12 is fitted into an outer cylinder 11 provided with a flange 10 for attaching to the fuselage, and an inner cylinder 14 with a vibrating body mounting bolt 13 implanted therein is press-fitted into the elastic body 12. In addition to integrally vulcanizing and adhering the ring body 15 to the outer periphery of the outer cylinder 11 and inserting and fixing it into the outer cylinder 11, a rubber bag body 16 is extended at the lower end of the outer cylinder 11, and the space defined by this is Upper and lower chambers R 1 ,
A partition plate 18 equipped with an orifice 17 is fixed to divide the rubber elastic body 12 into left and right chambers R 3 and R 4 integrally with the ring body 15. - line,
- An orifice 19 constructed on the outer circumferential side of the ring body 15 as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 showing the line cross section.
It is made by communicating with each other.

In this example, the function as a vibration isolator is the same as that shown in Figure 2, but the horizontal chamber
The orifice 19 that communicates R 3 and R 4 is particularly formed as a groove cut in the ring body 15, and since this is limited by the inner circumference of the outer cylinder 11, the flow cross-sectional area and length of the orifice 19 are This ensures that the horizontal damping ability is achieved in accordance with the intended purpose without causing any deviation.

FIG. 7 shows yet another specific example in vertical cross section, in which an annular rubber elastic body 22 is fitted inside a bowl body 21 with fuselage mounting bolts 20 implanted in the bottom, and its contact surface is shown in FIG. As described above, the ring body 23 is vulcanized and adhered to the bowl body 21, and the inner cylinder 25 with the vibrating body mounting bolt 24 implanted in the upper part is attached to the rubber elastic body 2.
A partition plate 28 is attached to the inner peripheral surface of the inner cylinder 2, and a rubber bag body 26 is arranged and integrated within this inner cylinder 25.
By fixing them, a chamber R 1 whose upper part is surrounded by the rubber bag body 26 and a chamber R 2 whose lower part is surrounded by the rubber elastic body 22 and the bowl body 21 are formed in the partition plate 28 , and these are the orifice 27 . This means that they are communicating through the . And the above-mentioned rubber elastic body 2
The ring body 23 is provided with a plurality of chambers R 3 , R 4 , . It communicates between rooms R 3 and R 4 .
