Abstract
【解決手段】少なくともタイヤ周方向に延びる縦溝とタイヤ幅方向に延びる横溝とで区分されたショルダーブロック5aにタイヤ幅方向に延びる複数のサイプ6をタイヤ周方向に間隔をおいて設けた空気入りタイヤにおいて、オープンサイプ6aとクローズドサイプ6bとが交互に配列するようにすると共に、オープンサイプ6aの深さをクローズドサイプ6bの深さよりも浅くした。

Description
(1)前記サイプの深さを前記縦溝の深さの50%〜90%にすると共に、前記オープンサイプとクローズドサイプの深さのオフセット量を0.5mm以上2.0mm以下にする。
(2)前記サイプをタイヤ幅方向に2分割し、タイヤ周方向に隣り合うサイプ間で深さを互いにオフセットさせると共に、タイヤ幅方向に隣り合うサイプ間で深さを互いにオフセットさせる。
(3)前記ブロックの下層部と上層部とを互いに異なるゴム組成物で形成すると共に、前記下層部を前記上層部よりも硬いゴム組成物で構成し、前記サイプの底部を全て前記下層部内に延長させる。
(1)氷上制動は、テストコースにおいて、初速40km/hによる制動距離を計測し、従来例を100とする指数値で評価した。指数値が大きいほど氷上制動が優れている。
(2)耐クラック発生性は、5万km走行後における、サイプ底部からのクラック発生数を調べ、その逆数について従来例を100とする指数値で評価した。指数値が大きいほど耐クラック発生性が優れている。
(3)耐クラック成長性は、5万km走行後における、3個以上のクラックが繋がっている箇所の個数を計測し、その逆数について従来例を100とする指数値で評価した。指数値が大きいほど耐クラック成長性が優れている。

Claims (5)
- トレッド面にタイヤ周方向に延びる縦溝とタイヤ幅方向に延びる横溝とにより複数の陸部を形成し、少なくともショルダー部に形成した陸部をブロックが配列するブロック列にし、そのブロックにタイヤ幅方向に延びる複数のサイプをタイヤ周方向に間隔をおいて設けた空気入りタイヤにおいて、
前記ブロックに設けるサイプをタイヤ周方向にオープンサイプとクローズドサイプとが交互に配列するように形成すると共に、前記オープンサイプの深さを前記クローズドサイプの深さよりも浅くするようにオフセットした空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記サイプの深さを前記縦溝の深さの50%〜90%にすると共に、前記オープンサイプとクローズドサイプの深さのオフセット量を0.5mm以上2.0mm以下にした請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記サイプをタイヤ幅方向に2分割し、タイヤ周方向に隣り合うサイプ間で深さを互いにオフセットさせると共に、タイヤ幅方向に隣り合うサイプ間で深さを互いにオフセットさせた請求項1又は2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ブロックの下層部と上層部とを互いに異なるゴム組成物で形成すると共に、前記下層部を前記上層部よりも硬いゴム組成物で構成し、前記サイプの底部を全て前記下層部内に延長させた請求項1、2又は3に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- スタッドレスタイヤである請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
