180°剥離接着性
本剥離接着性試験は、ASTM D3330−90に記載された試験方法と類似しており、ガラス基板、ポリメチルメタクリレート基板、又はポリカーボネート基板を試験で記載したステンレス鋼基板で置き換える。

約10グラム(正確に計量する)の式IIを持つ前駆体化合物をジャーに添加した。約50グラムのTHF溶媒(正確な計量ではない)を添加した。混合物が均質になるまで、電磁攪拌棒を使用して内容物を混合した。前駆体の理論当量を計算し、次に本当量数の3〜4倍の範囲の量のN−ヘキシルアミン(正確に計量する)を添加した。前記反応混合物を最低4時間撹拌した。ブロモフェノールブルー(10〜20滴)を添加し、内容物が均質になるまで混合した。前記混合物を黄色の終点まで1.0N(又は0.1N)塩酸にて滴定した。前駆体の当量数は、試料に加えたN−ヘキシルアミンの当量数から、滴定中に加えた塩酸の当量数を差し引いたものに等しかった。当量(グラム/当量)は、前駆体の試料重量を前駆体の当量数で割ったものに等しかった。
14K PDMSジアミンの試料(830.00グラム)を、機械的撹拌機、加熱マントル、窒素導入用チューブ(ストップコック付き)、及び排出管を装備した2リットルの3つ口樹脂フラスコ内に入れた。前記フラスコを窒素で15分間パージし、次に、激しく撹拌し、シュウ酸ジエチル(33.56グラム)を滴加した。本反応混合物を約1時間、室温で攪拌し、且つ次に80℃にて75分間撹拌した。前記反応フラスコには、蒸留アダプタ及び蒸留レシーバを装着した。前記反応混合物を減圧下(133パスカル、1トール)、2時間、120℃にて加熱し、次に30分間、130℃にて、更なる留出物を集めることができなくなるまで加熱した。前記反応混合物を室温まで冷却し、オキサミドエステルで末端処理したシリコーン生成物(即ち、これは、式IIに従う前駆体であった)を提供した。透明な流動性の液体ガスクロマトグラフィー分析は、検出可能量のシュウ酸ジエチルが残存していないことを示した。前記エステル当量は、滴定(当量=8,272グラム/当量)によって決定した。
シュウ酸ジエチル(241.10グラム)を、機械的撹拌機、加熱マントル、窒素導入用チューブ(ストップコック付き)、及び排出管を装備した3リットルの3つ口樹脂フラスコ内に入れた。前記フラスコを窒素で15分間パージし、次に、ゆっくりと撹拌しながら、5K PDMSジアミン(2,028.40グラム)を滴加した。室温にて8時間後、前記反応フラスコに、蒸留アダプタ及び蒸留レシーバを装着し、前記内容物を攪拌し、減圧下(133パスカル、1トール)にて150℃まで4時間、更なる留出物を集めることができなくなるまで加熱した。残留液体を室温まで冷却し、2,573グラムのオキサミドエステルで末端処理した生成物(即ち、これは式IIに従う前駆体であった)を提供した。透明な流動性の液体ガスクロマトグラフィー分析は、検出可能濃度のシュウ酸ジエチルが残存していないことを示した。分子量は、滴定(当量=2,578グラム/モル)によって決定した。
調製例1の前駆体(50.00グラム)及び調製例2の前駆体(50.00グラム、当量=2,674)をジャー内に量り取り、均質になるまで攪拌した。エチレンジアミン(0.7509グラム)を添加し、前記ジャーを密閉し、内容物が粘稠過ぎて流れなくなるまで前記混合物を素早く撹拌した。一晩、周囲温度にて撹拌した後、固体生成物をTHF(201グラム)中に溶解させて、シリコーンポリオキサミド生成物を透明な粘稠溶液として提供した。溶媒を周囲温度にて蒸発させた後に得られた試料は、33のショアA硬度を有するエラストマーフィルムであった。
調製例3からのポリマー溶液(50.00グラム、33.4%固形分)、MQ樹脂−2(26.09グラム、64.0%固形分)、及びIPA(7.60グラム)を、ジャー内に量り取り、周囲条件にて一晩混合した。得られた溶液をPET上にナイフ塗布した(152マイクロメートル、6ミルのギャップを使用して)。塗膜を約15分間周囲温度にて、続いて15分間130℃のオーブン内で乾燥させた。ドライフィルムをCTH室内にて一晩保管した。得られた感圧接着剤は、前述で概略を述べた試験方法を使用して、ガラスに対する180°剥離及び剪断強度を試験した。結果を表1に示す。
調製例1の前駆体(100.00グラム)及びm−キシリレンジアミン(0.8316グラム)をジャー内に量り取った。前記ジャーを密閉し、内容物が粘稠過ぎて流れなくなるまで前記混合物を素早く攪拌した。ローラーミル上に前記ジャーを周囲温度にて一晩置いた。固体生成物をTHF(201グラム)中に溶解させて、シリコーンポリオキサミド生成物を透明な粘稠溶液として提供した。溶媒を周囲温度にて蒸発させた後に得られた試料は、34のショアA硬度を有するエラストマーフィルムであった。
調製例4からのポリマー溶液(50.00グラム、33.4%固形分)、MQ樹脂−2(26.10グラム、64.0%固形分)、及びIPA(7.60グラム)を、ジャー内に量り取り、周囲条件にて一晩混合した。得られた溶液をPET上にナイフ塗布した(152マイクロメートル、6ミルのギャップを使用して)。塗膜を約15分間周囲温度にて、続いて15分間130℃のオーブン内で乾燥させた。ドライフィルムをCTH室内にて一晩保管した。得られた感圧接着剤は、前述で概略を述べた試験方法を使用して、ガラスに対する180°剥離及び剪断強度を試験した。結果は、表1に示した。
調製例1の前駆体(98.13グラム)及びエチレンジアミン(0.36グラム)をジャー内に量り取った。前記ジャーを密閉し、内容物が粘稠過ぎて流れなくなるまで前記混合物を素早く攪拌した。ローラーミル上に前記ジャーを周囲温度にて一晩置いた。前記固体生成物をTHF(200グラム)中に溶解させた。前記溶液はガラス製ペトリ皿の中へキャストし、THFを一晩周囲温度にてゆっくりと蒸発させた。これにより、シリコーンポリオキサミドを35のショアA硬度を有する透明な、エラストマーフィルムとして得た。
調製例5のコポリマー(18.50グラム)をIPA(8.60グラム)及びTHF(37.00グラム)中に溶解させた。MQ樹脂−2(30.83グラム、60%固形分)を前記ポリマー溶液に添加した。結果として得られた混合物を一晩周囲条件にて混合し、次にPET上にナイフ塗布した(152マイクロメートル、6ミルのギャップを使用して)。塗膜を約15分間周囲温度にて、続いて10分間130℃のオーブン内で乾燥させた。ドライフィルムをCTH室内にて一晩保管した。得られた感圧接着剤は、前述で概略を述べた試験方法を使用して、ガラスに対する180°剥離及び剪断強度を試験した。結果を表1に示す。
調製例5のコポリマー(52.25グラム)をIPA(89.00グラム)及びヘキサン(90.00グラム)中に溶解させた。MQ樹脂−1(68.16グラム、62.7%固形分)を本ポリマー溶液に添加し、当該混合物を一晩周囲条件にて攪拌した。得られた溶液をPET上にナイフ塗布した(152マイクロメートル、6ミルのギャップを使用して)。塗膜を約15分間周囲温度にて、続いて15分間130℃のオーブン内で乾燥させた。ドライフィルムをCTH室内にて一晩保管した。得られた感圧接着剤は、前述で概略を述べた試験方法を使用して、ガラスに対する180°剥離及び剪断強度を試験した。結果を表1に示す。
33K PDMSジアミンの試料(2,028.40グラム)を、機械的撹拌機、加熱マントル、窒素導入用チューブ(ストップコック付き)、及び排出管を装備した2リットルの3つ口樹脂フラスコ内に入れた。前記フラスコを窒素で15分間パージし、次に、激しく撹拌し、シュウ酸ジエチル(35.50グラム)を滴加した。本反応混合物を約1時間、室温で攪拌し、且つ次に80℃にて75分間撹拌した。次に、前記反応フラスコに、蒸留アダプタ及び蒸留レシーバを装着した。前記反応混合物を、減圧下(133パスカル、1トール)160℃にて4時間、更なる留出物を集めることができなくなるまで加熱した。前記反応混合物を室温まで冷却し、オキサミドエステルで末端処理したシリコーン生成物(即ち、式IIの前駆体)を得た。透明な流動性の液体ガスクロマトグラフィー分析は、検出可能濃度のシュウ酸ジエチルが残存していないことを示した。エステル当量は、1H NMR(当量=17,424グラム/当量)を使用して決定した。
調製例6の前駆体(51.15グラム)及び調製例2の前駆体(51.15グラム、当量=2,591.6)を反応槽内に量り取った。周囲温度にて撹拌しながら、エチレンジアミン(0.6881グラム)を添加した。粘度が高すぎて生成物が流動しなくなるまで、前記混合物を素早く攪拌した。前記反応混合物を撹拌しながら、175℃まで1時間加熱した。粘稠な、溶融生成物をガラス製ベーキング皿の中にキャストし、室温まで冷却して、透明なポリジオルガノシロキサンポリオキサミドエラストマーを得た。
調製例7のコポリマー(10.50グラム)をIPA(2.50グラム)及びTHF(12.00グラム)中に溶解させた。MQ樹脂−1(20.45グラム、62.7%固形分)を本ポリマー溶液に添加し、当該混合物を一晩周囲条件にて攪拌した。得られた溶液をPET上にナイフ塗布した(152マイクロメートル、6ミルのギャップを使用して)。塗膜を約15分間周囲温度にて、続いて10分間130℃のオーブン内で乾燥させた。ドライフィルムをCTH室内にて一晩保管した。得られた感圧接着剤は、前述で概略を述べた試験方法を使用して、ガラスに対する180°剥離及び剪断強度を試験した。結果を表1に示す。
ジ−トリフルオロエチルオキザラート(0.466グラム)を撹拌しながら、ジャー内の138.0グラムのトルエン中の15.0グラムの33K PDMSジアミン溶液へ添加した。90分後、3.0グラムのトルエン中、0.1615グラムのHDA溶液を添加した。前記ジャーを密閉し、ローラーミルにて一晩かき混ぜて、シリコーンポリオキサミド生成物の透明溶液を得た。
調製例8のコポリマー溶液(30.00グラム、10%固形分)及びMQ樹脂−1(3.91グラム、62.7%固形分)をジャー内に量り取り、55℃まで加熱した。前記ジャーを周囲温度まで冷却した。IPA(3.44グラム)を添加し、前記混合物を一晩周囲条件にて混合した。得られた溶液をPET上にナイフ塗布した(152マイクロメートル、6ミルのギャップを使用して)。塗膜を約15分間周囲温度にて、続いて10分間130℃のオーブン内で乾燥させた。ドライフィルムをCTH室内にて一晩保管した。得られた感圧接着剤は、前述で概略を述べた試験方法を使用して、ガラスに対する180°剥離及び剪断強度を試験した。結果を表1に示す。
シュウ酸ジエチル(241.10グラム)を3リットルの2つの部分から成る樹脂フラスコ内に入れた。5K PDMSジアミンの試料(2,028.40グラム)を本攪拌液体へゆっくりと添加した。得られた混合物を窒素で15分間パージし、一晩室温で攪拌し、次に150℃まで減圧下にて4時間加熱した。冷却管で集められた最終留分のガスクロマトグラムは、シュウ酸ジエチルが無視し得る程に僅かであることを示した。このエチルオキザルアミドで末端処理したシリコーン中間生成物(即ち、式IIに従う前駆体)へ、THF(56ミリリットル)中のHDA溶液(44.09グラム)を添加し、得られた溶液を150℃まで撹拌しながら油浴中にて加熱した。低真空を適用して、THF及びエタノールを除去する(冷却管を使用して)。前記溶融生成物を窒素で充填し、4時間以上加熱し、ガラス皿にキャストした。収量は、2,078.15グラムであった。
調製例9にて調製したコポリマー試料(10.00グラム)をジャー内に入れた。MQ樹脂−2(16.50グラム、トルエン内61重量%固形分)を添加し、コポリマー:MQ樹脂−2の50:50重量混合物を、THF/トルエン(65:35)内35重量%固形分混合物として得た。本PSA溶液をPET膜上にナイフコーターを使用して38マイクロメートル(0.015インチ)のギャップでコーティングし、PSAテープを形成した。前記塗膜を90℃オーブン内で10分間乾燥させ、CTH室内に置き、一晩平衡させた。本PSAテープの積層試料に対して、2キログラムローラーをストリップ上を1度だけ通過させて使用して、ガラス基材(実施例7A)、PMMA基材(実施例7B)、及びPC基材(実施例7C)を作製した。加えて、本PSAテープの積層試料に対して、ラバー・ツー・ラバーロールラミネータを使用し、100℃まで加熱して、ガラス基材(実施例7D)、PMMA基材(実施例7E)、及びPC基材(実施例7F)を作製した。これら6タイプの積層物についての180°剥離接着性は、下記に記載する試験方法を使用して、直ちに(初期試料)、1時間後に(1時間試料)、及び24時間後に(24時間試料)行った。結果を表2に示す。剪断強度試料は、室温で(実施例7G)、及び70℃・15分間で(実施例7H)で調製し、以下に記載する試験方法を使用して実施した。結果を表3に示す。
Claims (20)
- (a)少なくとも2つの次式Iの繰り返し単位を含む、ポリジオルガノシロキサンポリオキサミド:
各R1は、独立してアルキル、ハロアルキル、アラルキル、アルケニル、アリール、若しくはアルキル、アルコキシ、又はハロで置換されたアリールであり、この際、R1基の少なくとも50%はメチルであり;
各Yは、独立してアルキレン、アラルキレン、又はそれらの組み合わせであり;
Gは、式R3HN−G−NHR3のジアミンから2個の−NHR3基を差し引いたものに相当する2価の残余部分であり;
R3は、水素若しくはアルキルであるか、又はR3はGと共にそれら両方が結合した窒素と一緒になって複素環基を形成し;
nは、独立して40〜1,500の整数であり;且つ
pは、1〜10の整数であり;且つ
アスタリスク(*)は、前記繰り返し単位がコポリマー内の別の基に結合する部位を指す。];及び
(b)粘着付与剤
を含む接着剤組成物。 - 前記接着剤組成物が、感圧接着剤である、請求項1に記載の接着剤組成物。
- 前記接着剤組成物が、加熱活性化接着剤である、請求項1に記載の接着剤組成物。
- 各R1はメチルであり、且つR3は水素である、請求項1に記載の接着剤組成物。
- 前記コポリマーが、pが1である第1繰り返し単位及びpが少なくとも2である第2繰り返し単位を有する、請求項1に記載の接着剤組成物。
- Gが、アルキレン、ヘテロアルキレン、アリーレン、アラルキレン、ポリジオルガノシロキサン、又はこれらの組み合わせである、請求項1に記載の接着剤組成物。
- Yが、アルキレンである、請求項1に記載の接着剤組成物。
- nが、40〜500の整数である、請求項1に記載の接着剤組成物。
- 前記粘着付与剤が、MQケイ酸塩粘着付与樹脂を含む、請求項1に記載の接着剤組成物。
- 前記粘着付与剤が、前記接着剤組成物の重量を基準にして20〜80重量%の量で存在する、請求項1に記載の接着剤組成物。
- 基材;及び
前記基材の少なくとも1つの表面に隣接した接着剤層であって、
(a)少なくとも2つの次式Iの繰り返し単位を含む、ポリジオルガノシロキサンポリオキサミド:
各R1は、独立してアルキル、ハロアルキル、アラルキル、アルケニル、アリール、若しくはアルキル、アルコキシ、又はハロで置換されたアリールであり、この際、R1基の少なくとも50%はメチルであり;
各Yは、独立してアルキレン、アラルキレン、又はそれらの組み合わせであり;
Gは、式R3HN−G−NHR3のジアミンから2個の−NHR3基を差し引いたものに相当する2価の残余部分であり;
R3は、水素若しくはアルキルであるか、又はR3はGと共にそれら両方が結合した窒素と一緒になって複素環基を形成し;
nは、独立して40〜1,500の整数であり;且つ
pは、1〜10の整数であり;且つ
アスタリスク(*)は、前記繰り返し単位がコポリマー内の別の基に結合する部位を指す。];及び
(b)粘着付与剤を含む接着剤層
を備える物品。 - 前記接着剤層が、加熱活性化接着剤である、請求項11に記載の物品。
- 前記接着剤層が、感圧接着剤である、請求項11に記載の物品。
- 各R1はメチルであり、且つR3は水素である、請求項11に記載の物品。
- 前記粘着付与剤が、MQケイ酸塩粘着付与樹脂を含む、請求項11に記載の物品。
- (a)少なくとも2つの次式Iの繰り返し単位を含む、ポリジオルガノシロキサンポリオキサミド:

nは、独立して40〜1,500の整数であり;且つ
pは、1〜10の整数であり;且つ
アスタリスク(*)は、前記繰り返し単位がコポリマー内の別の基に結合する部位を指す。];及び
(b)粘着付与剤を含む接着剤組成物を提供することと、
基材表面へ前記接着剤組成物を適用することと
を含む、接着物品の調製方法。 - 前記基材が、マイクロ構造化表面を有する剥離ライナーである、請求項16に記載の方法。
- マイクロ構造化表面を有する接着剤層を提供するために、前記剥離ライナーを除去することを更に含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記ジアミンが、式H2N−G−NH2を持ち、且つGがアルキレン、ヘテロアルキレン、アリーレン、アラルキレン、ポリジオルガノシロキサン、又はこれらの組み合わせから成る、請求項19に記載の方法。
