Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明の架橋ポリオレフィン系樹脂発泡シートは、ポリオレフィン系樹脂及び熱分解型発泡剤を押出機に供給して溶融混練し、押出機からシート状に押出すことによって形成された発泡性ポリオレフィン系樹脂シートを発泡させて得られた架橋ポリオレフィン系樹脂発泡シートであって、該架橋ポリオレフィン系樹脂発泡シートの架橋度が5〜60重量%で且つ気泡のアスペクト比(MDの平均気泡径/CDの平均気泡径)が0.25〜1であり、上記ポリオレフィン系樹脂は、重合触媒として四価の遷移金属を含むメタロセン化合物を用いて得られたポリエチレン系樹脂を40重量%以上含有することを特徴とする。

発泡シートのMDにおける延伸倍率(倍)=V/F

重合触媒として四価の遷移金属を含むメタロセン化合物を用いて得られた直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン(エクソン・ケミカル社製、商品名「EXACT3027」、密度:0.900g/cm3、重量平均分子量:2.0、融点:98℃、軟化点:85℃)100重量部、アゾジカルボンアミド5重量部、2,6−ジ−t−ブチル−p−クレゾール0.3重量部及び酸化亜鉛1重量部からなる発泡性ポリオレフィン系樹脂組成物を押出機に供給して130℃で溶融混練し、幅が200mmで且つ厚さが0.8mmの長尺状の発泡性ポリオレフィン系樹脂シートに押出した。
アゾジカルボンアミドの添加量を5重量部の代りに3重量部としたこと、発泡性ポリオレフィン系樹脂シートの厚みが0.32mmとなるように押出したこと、発泡シートの供給速度と巻取速度の比(供給速度/巻取速度)、並びに、架橋ポリオレフィン系樹脂発泡シートのCDの幅が1050mmとなるようにしたこと以外は実施例1と同様にして架橋ポリオレフィン系樹脂発泡シートを得た。
重合触媒として四価の遷移金属を含むメタロセン化合物を用いて得られた直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン(エクソン・ケミカル社製、商品名「EXACT3027」、密度:0.900g/cm3、重量平均分子量:2.0、融点:98℃、軟化点:85℃)100重量部、アゾジカルボンアミド5重量部、2,6−ジ−t−ブチル−p−クレゾール0.3重量部及び酸化亜鉛1重量部からなる発泡性ポリオレフィン系樹脂組成物を押出機に供給して130℃で溶融混練し、幅が200mmで且つ厚さが0.8mmの長尺状の発泡性ポリオレフィン系樹脂シートに押出した。
発泡シートをCDに延伸しなかったこと以外は実施例1と同様にして架橋ポリオレフィン系樹脂発泡シートを得た。
発泡シートのCDの幅が2000mmとなるようにしたこと以外は実施例1と同様にして架橋ポリオレフィン系樹脂発泡シートを製造しようとしたが、発泡シートがCDに切断してしまい、架橋ポリオレフィン系樹脂発泡シートを得ることはできなかった。
重合触媒として四価の遷移金属を含むメタロセン化合物を用いて得られた直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン(エクソン・ケミカル社製、商品名「EXACT3027」、密度:0.900g/cm3、重量平均分子量:2.0)100重量部の代わりに、重合触媒として四価の遷移金属を含むメタロセン化合物を用いて得られた直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン(エクソン・ケミカル社製、商品名「EXACT3027」、密度:0.900g/cm3、重量平均分子量:2.0)20重量部及びポリエチレン樹脂(密度:0.923g/cm3)80重量部からなるポリオレフィン系樹脂を用いたこと以外は実施例2と同様にして架橋ポリオレフィン系樹脂発泡シートを製造しようとしたが、発泡シートの延伸工程で発泡シートがCDに切断してしまい、架橋ポリオレフィン系樹脂発泡シートを得ることはできなかった。
重合触媒として四価の遷移金属を含むメタロセン化合物を用いて得られた直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン(エクソン・ケミカル社製、商品名「EXACT3027」、密度:0.900g/cm3、重量平均分子量:2.0)100重量部の代わりに、重合触媒として四価の遷移金属を含むメタロセン化合物を用いて得られた直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン(エクソン・ケミカル社製、商品名「EXACT3027」、密度:0.900g/cm3、重量平均分子量:2.0)20重量部及びエチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体(エチレン含有量:18重量%)80重量部からなるポリオレフィン系樹脂を用いたこと以外は実施例1と同様にして架橋ポリオレフィン系樹脂発泡シートを製造した。
Claims (7)
- ポリオレフィン系樹脂及び熱分解型発泡剤を押出機に供給して溶融混練し、押出機からシート状に押出すことによって形成された長尺状の発泡性ポリオレフィン系樹脂シートを発泡させて得られた長尺状の架橋ポリオレフィン系樹脂発泡シートであって、該長尺状の架橋ポリオレフィン系樹脂発泡シートの架橋度が5〜60重量%で且つ気泡のアスペクト比(MDの平均気泡径/CDの平均気泡径)が0.25〜1であり、上記ポリオレフィン系樹脂は、重合触媒として四価の遷移金属を含むメタロセン化合物を用いて得られたポリエチレン系樹脂を40重量%以上含有することを特徴とする架橋ポリオレフィン系樹脂発泡シート。
- 気泡のアスペクト比(CDの平均気泡径/VDの平均気泡径)が2〜18であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の架橋ポリオレフィン系樹脂発泡シート。
- ポリオレフィン系樹脂及び熱分解型発泡剤を押出機に供給して溶融混練し、押出機からシート状に押出すことによって形成された長尺状の発泡性ポリオレフィン系樹脂シートを発泡させて得られた長尺状の架橋ポリオレフィン系樹脂発泡シートであって、該長尺状の架橋ポリオレフィン系樹脂発泡シートの架橋度が5〜60重量%で且つ気泡のアスペクト比(CDの平均気泡径/VDの平均気泡径)が2〜18であり、上記ポリオレフィン系樹脂は、重合触媒として四価の遷移金属を含むメタロセン化合物を用いて得られたポリエチレン系樹脂を40重量%以上含有することを特徴とする架橋ポリオレフィン系樹脂発泡シート。
- JIS K6767に準拠した25%圧縮強度が4.9×104Pa以下で、且つ、MD又はCDの少なくとも一方向における23℃での引張強度が1.96×106Pa以上であると共に、90℃におけるMDの加熱寸法変化率が−10%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の架橋ポリオレフィン系樹脂発泡シート。
- JIS K6767に準拠した25%圧縮強度が4.9×104Pa以下で、且つ、MD又はCDの少なくとも一方向における23℃での引張強度が1.96×106Pa以上であると共に、90℃におけるMDの加熱寸法変化率が−10%以上であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の架橋ポリオレフィン系樹脂発泡シート。
- 厚みが0.05〜2mmである長尺状の架橋ポリオレフィン系樹脂発泡シートと、この長尺状の架橋ポリオレフィン系樹脂発泡シートの少なくとも一面に積層一体化された粘着剤層とからなる粘着テープであって、上記長尺状の架橋ポリオレフィン系樹脂発泡シートは、ポリオレフィン系樹脂及び熱分解型発泡剤を押出機に供給して溶融混練し、押出機からシート状に押出すことによって形成された長尺状の発泡性ポリオレフィン系樹脂シートを発泡させて得られたものであり、上記長尺状の架橋ポリオレフィン系樹脂発泡シートの架橋度が5〜60重量%で且つ気泡のアスペクト比(MDの平均気泡径/CDの平均気泡径)が0.25〜1であり、上記ポリオレフィン系樹脂は、重合触媒として四価の遷移金属を含むメタロセン化合物を用いて得られたポリエチレン系樹脂を40重量%以上含有することを特徴とする粘着テープ。
- 厚みが0.05〜2mmである長尺状の架橋ポリオレフィン系樹脂発泡シートと、この長尺状の架橋ポリオレフィン系樹脂発泡シートの少なくとも一面に積層一体化された粘着剤層とからなる粘着テープであって、上記長尺状の架橋ポリオレフィン系樹脂発泡シートは、ポリオレフィン系樹脂及び熱分解型発泡剤を押出機に供給して溶融混練し、押出機からシート状に押出すことによって形成された長尺状の発泡性ポリオレフィン系樹脂シートを発泡させて得られたものであり、上記長尺状の架橋ポリオレフィン系樹脂発泡シートの架橋度が5〜60重量%で且つ気泡のアスペクト比(CDの平均気泡径/VDの平均気泡径)が2〜18であり、上記ポリオレフィン系樹脂は、重合触媒として四価の遷移金属を含むメタロセン化合物を用いて得られたポリエチレン系樹脂を40重量%以上含有することを特徴とする粘着テープ。
