Abstract
【解決手段】車体のフロアパネル70の下方にバッテリユニット14が配置されている。バッテリユニット14は、左右一対のサイドメンバ31,32間に配置されている。バッテリユニット14はトレイ部材51とカバー部材52とを含むバッテリケース50を備えている。バッテリケース50の内部に電気部品が収納されている。トレイ部材51に金属製の桁部材101,102,103,104が設けられている。桁部材101,102,103,104の両端部はサイドメンバ31,32によって支持されている。トレイ部材51を構成する樹脂の内部に、金属製のインサート部材200が設けられている。インサート部材200は前記電気部品の前側と後側にそれぞれ配置された金属プレートを含んでいる。

Description
図1は電気自動車10の一例を示している。この電気自動車10は、車体11の後部に配置された走行用のモータ12および充電装置13と、車体11の床下に配置されるバッテリユニット14などを備えている。車体11の前部に冷暖房用の熱交換ユニット15が配置されている。
フレーム構体30は、車体11の前後方向に延びる左右一対のサイドメンバ31,32と、車体11の幅方向に延びるクロスメンバ33,34,35とを含んでいる。クロスメンバ33,34,35は、サイドメンバ31,32の所定位置に溶接によって固定されている。サイドメンバ31,32とクロスメンバ33,34,35は、いずれも金属(例えば鋼)からなる。すなわちサイドメンバ31,32は、バッテリユニット14の左右両側からの電磁波を遮断するための電磁シールド部としての機能も兼ねている。

Claims (4)
- 車体の下部に配置される左右一対の金属製のサイドメンバを含むフレーム構体と、
前記フレーム構体に設けられた金属製のフロアパネルと、
前記フロアパネルの下面側で前記一対のサイドメンバ間に配置されたバッテリケースを有しかつ該バッテリケースの内部にバッテリモジュールと該バッテリモジュールに電気的に接続される電気部品が収納され、該電気部品の上側が前記フロアパネルによって電磁シールドされるバッテリユニットと、
前記電気部品に対し車体前側に配置された前側電磁シールド部と、
前記電気部品に対し車体後側に配置された後側電磁シールド部と、
前記バッテリケースの下面側に配置された下側電磁シールド部と、
を具備したことを特徴とする電気自動車。 - 前記前側電磁シールド部と、前記後側電磁シールド部とが、それぞれ、前記バッテリケースを構成する樹脂の内部に埋設された金属製のインサート部材からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気自動車。
- 前記バッテリケースの下方に、該バッテリケースを下側から覆うアンダーカバーが配置され、前記下側電磁シールド部が前記アンダーカバーに設けられたシールド部材からなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電気自動車。
- 前記バッテリケースの下側に前記車体の幅方向に延びる金属製の桁部材が設けられ、該桁部材の両端部が前記一対のサイドメンバによって支持され、該桁部材によって前記下側電磁シールド部が構成され、前記アンダーカバーに設ける前記シールド部材は、前記車体の上方から見て前記金属製の桁部材と重なる個所に該シールド部材が設けられていないことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電気自動車。
