【解決手段】 Ba−Ti−Zr−Re−Me−O3(ReはLa、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、Yb、Lu及びYから選ばれる少なくとも1種類の金属元素、MeはMg、Cr及びMnから選ばれる金属元素、Zrは任意の成分)で表される固溶体とSiO2とで構成された誘電体セラミックスにおいて、Ti:Zrが100:0〜80:20であり、Ti+Zrを100molとしたとき、Baが97mol〜103mol、Reが2mol〜18mol、Meが2mol〜18mol、SiO2が0.5mol〜10molである誘電体セラミックスを提案する。

Description
本発明例1の出発原料として、BaOを101mol、TiO2を87mol、ZrO2を13mol、Ho2O3を5mol、MgOを2.5molそれぞれ秤量して準備した。次に準備した出発原料をボールミルにて15時間湿式混合し、乾燥後1200℃で2時間仮焼して主成分の粉末を得た。次に得られた主成分の粉末に、SiO2を3mol添加して、これらの混合物をボールミルにて湿式混合し、乾燥して誘電体セラミック粉末を得た。
表4の組成の焼結体が得られるように、本発明例、比較例とも実施例1の本発明例1と同様にして、誘電体セラミック粉末を形成した。ここではReの添加量及び種類を変化させてその効果を検証した。なお、本発明例23はHo2O3を2mol、Gd2O3を5mol混合したものである。また、本発明例24はHo2O3を2mol、Gd2O3を5mol、Dy2O3を5mol混合したものである。
表6の組成の焼結体が得られるように、本発明例、比較例とも実施例1の本発明例1と同様にして、誘電体セラミック粉末を形成した。ここではZr成分の添加量を変化させてその効果を検証した。なお、本発明例25はZr成分を含まないものである。
表8の組成の焼結体が得られるように、本発明例、比較例とも実施例1の本発明例1と同様にして、誘電体セラミック粉末を形成した。ここではBa成分の添加量を変化させてその効果を検証した。なお、本発明例28〜31及び比較例6、比較例7はZr成分を含まない誘電体セラミックスであり、本発明例32〜35及び比較例8、比較例9はZr成分を含む誘電体セラミックスである。
表10の組成の焼結体が得られるように、本発明例、比較例とも実施例1の本発明例1と同様にして、誘電体セラミック粉末を形成した。ここではMeの添加量及び種類を変化させてその効果を検証した。なお、本発明例43はMgOを2.5mol、MnOを0.5mol混合したものである。また、本発明例44はMgOを2.5mol、MnOを0.5mol、Cr2O3を0.25mol(CrO3/2換算で0.5mol)混合したものである。また、本発明例42のCr2O3の添加量は、CrO3/2換算で2.5molである。
表12の組成の焼結体が得られるように、本発明例、比較例とも実施例1の本発明例1と同様にして、誘電体セラミック粉末を形成した。ここではSiO2の添加量を変化させてその効果を検証した。

Claims (3)
- Ba−Ti−Zr−Re−Me−O3
(ReはLa、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、Yb、Lu及びYから選ばれる少なくとも1種類の金属元素、MeはMg、Cr及びMnから選ばれる金属元素、Zrは任意の成分)
で表される固溶体とSiO2とで構成された誘電体セラミックスにおいて、
Ti:ZrがTiO2換算及びZrO2換算のmol比で100:0〜75:25であり、
Ti+Zrを酸化物換算で100molとしたとき
BaがBaO換算で97mol〜103mol
Reが一分子に金属元素が一原子含まれる酸化物換算で2mol〜18mol
Meが一分子に金属元素が一原子含まれる酸化物換算2mol〜18mol
SiO2が0.5mol〜10mol
であることを特徴とする誘電体セラミックス。 - Ba−Ti−Zr−Re−Me−O3
(ReはLa、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、Yb、Lu及びYから選ばれる少なくとも1種類の金属元素、MeはMg、Cr及びMnから選ばれる金属元素、Zrは任意の成分)
で表される固溶体とSiO2とで構成された誘電体セラミックスの製造方法において、
Ti:Zrがmol比で100:0〜75:25になるようにTiO2とZrO2を用意し、
TiO2+ZrO2 100molに対して
Baの化合物をBaO換算で97mol〜103mol用意し、
Reの化合物を一分子に金属元素が一原子含まれる酸化物換算で2mol〜18mol用意し、
Meの化合物を一分子に金属元素が一原子含まれる酸化物換算で2mol〜18mol用意し、
用意したBa、Ti、Zr、Re、Meの各化合物を混合して仮焼し、
該仮焼きした混合物にSiO2を、Ti+Zr 100molに対して0.5mol〜10molになるように混合した
ことを特徴とする誘電体セラミックスの製造方法。 - 複数の誘電体セラミック層と、該誘電体セラミック層間に形成された内部電極と、該内部電極に電気的に接続された外部電極とを有する積層セラミックコンデンサにおいて、
前記誘電体セラミック層が
Ba−Ti−Zr−Re−Me−O3
(MeはMg、Cr及びMnから選ばれる金属元素、ReはLa、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、Yb、Lu及びYから選ばれる少なくとも1種類の金属元素、Zrは任意の成分)
で表される固溶体とSiO2とで構成された誘電体セラミックスにおいて、
Ti:ZrがTiO2換算及びZrO2換算のmol比で100:0〜75:25であり、
Ti+Zrを酸化物換算で100molとしたとき
BaがBaO換算で97mol〜103mol
Reが一分子に金属元素が一原子含まれる酸化物換算で2mol〜18mol
Meが一分子に金属元素が一原子含まれる酸化物換算2mol〜18mol
SiO2が0.5mol〜10mol
であり、前記内部電極がNiまたはNi合金で形成されている
ことを特徴とする積層セラミックコンデンサ。
