Abstract
【解決手段】質量%にて、C:0.01%以下、N:0.02%以下、Si:0.05〜1%、Mn:0.1〜2%、Cr:10〜30%、Mo:0.1〜1%、Cu:1〜2%、Nb:0.2〜0.7%、Ti:0.01〜0.3%、B:0.0002〜0.0050%を含有し、残部がFeおよび不可避的不純物からなり、750℃における0.2%耐力が70MPa以上であることを特徴とする耐熱性に優れたフェライト系ステンレス鋼板。

Description
(1)質量%にて、C:0.01%以下、N:0.02%以下、Si:0.05〜1%、Mn:0.1〜2%、Cr:10〜30%、Mo:0.1〜1%、Cu:1〜2%、Nb:0.2〜0.7%、Ti:0.01〜0.3%、B:0.0002〜0.0050%を含有し、残部がFeおよび不可避的不純物からなり、750℃における0.2%耐力が70MPa以上であることを特徴とする耐熱性に優れたフェライト系ステンレス鋼板。
(2)900℃における0.2%耐力が20MPa以上であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の耐熱性に優れたフェライト系ステンレス鋼板。
(3)750℃で100hr時効熱処理した後の750℃における0.2%耐力が40MPa以上、900℃で100hr時効した後の900℃における0.2%耐力が15MPa以上であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の耐熱性に優れたフェライト系ステンレス鋼板。
(4)質量%にて、Al:3%以下、V:1%以下、W:3%以下、Sn:1%、Zr:1%以下の1種以上を含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の耐熱性に優れたフェライト系ステンレス鋼板。
Claims (4)
- 質量%にて、C:0.01%以下、N:0.02%以下、Si:0.05〜1%、Mn:0.1〜2%、Cr:10〜30%、Mo:0.1〜1%、Cu:1〜2%、Nb:0.2〜0.7%、Ti:0.01〜0.3%、B:0.0002〜0.0050%を含有し、残部がFeおよび不可避的不純物からなり、750℃における0.2%耐力が70MPa以上であることを特徴とする耐熱性に優れたフェライト系ステンレス鋼板。
- 900℃における0.2%耐力が20MPa以上であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の耐熱性に優れたフェライト系ステンレス鋼板。
- 750℃で100hr時効熱処理した後の750℃における0.2%耐力が40MPa以上、900℃で100hr時効した後の900℃における0.2%耐力が15MPa以上であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の耐熱性に優れたフェライト系ステンレス鋼板。
- 質量%にて、Al:3%以下、V:1%以下、W:3%以下、Sn:1%、Zr:1%以下の1種以上を含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の耐熱性に優れたフェライト系ステンレス鋼板。
