Abstract
【解決手段】上記課題を達成するため、湿式還元法による微粒銀粒子の製造方法であって、銀塩、キレート剤、ゼラチンの各成分を含有した銀塩含有溶液と、還元剤を含んだ還元剤含有溶液とを混合して還元反応を起こさせ微粒銀粒子を得ることを特徴とする微粒銀粒子製造方法等を採用する。そして、これらの微粒銀粒子製造方法により得られた微粒銀粒子は、その平均1次粒子径が100nm以下で、粒子分散性に優れたものとなる。

Description
この比較例1では、実施例1のキレート剤であるエチレンジアミン4酢酸・4ナトリウム塩を省略して、以下のようにして銀塩含有溶液を調製した点が異なる。即ち、キレート剤が無い場合の状態を見るためのものである。
この比較例2では、実施例1のキレート剤であるエチレンジアミン4酢酸・4ナトリウム塩に代えてクエン酸・1水和物を用いて、以下のようにして銀塩含有溶液を調製した点が異なるのみである。
Claims (8)
- 湿式還元法による微粒銀粒子の製造方法であって、
銀塩、キレート剤、ゼラチンの各成分を含有した銀塩含有溶液と、還元剤を含んだ還元剤含有溶液とを混合して還元反応を起こさせ微粒銀粒子を得ることを特徴とする微粒銀粒子製造方法。 - 前記銀塩は、硝酸銀を用いる請求項1に記載の微粒銀粒子製造方法。
- 前記キレート剤は、エチレンジアミン錯塩、グルコン酸、グルコン酸塩、ピロリン酸、ピロリン酸塩から選ばれる1種又は2種以上を組み合わせて用いた請求項1又は請求項2に記載の微粒銀粒子製造方法。
- 前記還元剤は、亜硫酸塩、ホルマリン、ヒドロキノン、ヒドラジン、水素化ホウ素化合物から選ばれる1種又は2種以上を組み合わせて用いた請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載の微粒銀粒子製造方法。
- 前記銀塩含有溶液は、銀含有量1g/lに対して、ゼラチン含有量が0.01g/l〜1.00g/lを含むものである請求項1〜請求項4のいずれかに記載の微粒銀粒子製造方法。
- 前記銀塩含有溶液は、その銀含有量が銀として0.1g/l〜50.0g/lを含むものである請求項1〜請求項5のいずれかに記載の微粒銀粒子製造方法。
- 前記還元剤含有溶液は、還元剤濃度が0.1mol/l〜10.0mol/lである請求項1〜請求項6のいずれかに記載の微粒銀粒子製造方法。
- 請求項1〜請求項7のいずれかに記載の微粒銀粒子製造方法により得られた微粒銀粒子であって、その平均1次粒子径が100nm以下であることを特徴とした微粒銀粒子。
