Abstract

・熱放散ヒートシンクを通る空気循環を強制的に行うことができるファンを装置に設ける。
・熱放散ヒートシンクは、異方性グラファイト系材料から形成された、ヒートシンクのフィンに平行な優先熱伝導方向を有する少なくとも1つの部材を有する。
・熱放散ヒートシンクは、アルミニウムから形成された少なくとも1つの部材を有する。
・支持体に機械的剛性を付与する部材を装置に設ける。
・機械的剛性を付与する部材は、パワーLED光源が取り付けられた少なくとも1つの電子基板を有する。
・機械的剛性を付与する部材は、異方性グラファイト系材料の少なくとも1つの部材の両側に、サンドイッチ状に配置された少なくとも2つの剛性プレートを有する。
・剛性プレートの少なくとも一方を、パワーLED光源が取り付けられた少なくとも1つの電子基板とする。
・剛性プレートの少なくとも一方を、電磁遮蔽機能を果たすことができる接地平面を形成するプレートとする。
・支持体と協働して、この支持体の少なくとも1つの所定の軸線に対する傾斜角を調節できる手段を、装置に設ける。

Claims (17)
- 少なくとも1つのパワーLED光源(102)、および少なくとも1つの別の熱源(142)を有する自動車用の照明または信号伝達装置において、
異方性グラファイト系材料から、少なくとも部分的に形成された支持体(100)を有し、この支持体は、前記パワーLED光源を支持するとともに、前記パワーLED光源の熱環境に対する前記熱源の影響を防止するようになっていることを特徴とする、照明または信号伝達装置。 - 支持体は、パワーLED光源(102)を別の熱源(142)から分離する壁部材(101B)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 壁部材(101B)は、その厚さ方向の熱抵抗(RtB1)が、長手方向の熱抵抗(RtB2)よりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 支持体(100)は、少なくとも1つの熱放散ヒートシンク(105)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 熱放散ヒートシンク(105)を通る空気循環を強制的に行うことができるファン(106)をも有することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 熱放散ヒートシンク(105)は、異方性グラファイト系材料から形成された少なくとも1つの壁部材(101A)を有し、この壁部材は、前記熱放散ヒートシンクのフィンに平行な優先熱伝導方向(熱抵抗がRtA1)を有することを特徴とする、請求項4または5に記載の装置。
- 熱放散ヒートシンク(105)は、アルミニウムから形成された少なくとも1つの部材(101’’)を有することを特徴とする、請求項4〜6のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 支持体(100)に設けられた機械的強度を付与する部材(103B)、(101’’)、(103’)、(104’)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 機械的強度を付与する部材は、パワーLED光源(102)が取り付けられた少なくとも1つの電子基板(103’)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 機械的強度を付与する部材は、異方性グラファイト系材料の少なくとも1つの部材の両側に、サイドイッチ状に配置された、少なくとも2つの硬質プレート(104’’)、(105’’);(103’)、(104’)を有することを特徴とする、請求項8または9に記載の装置。
- 硬質プレートの少なくとも1つは、パワーLED光源(102)が取り付けられた、少なくとも1つの電子基板(103’)からなることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 硬質プレートの少なくとも1つは、電磁遮蔽機能を果たすことができる接地平面を形成するプレート(105’’)であることを特徴とする、請求項10または11に記載の装置。
- 支持体(100)と協働して、この支持体(100)の少なくとも1つの軸線に沿って、傾斜角を調節できる手段(107)、(108)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 熱源は、パワーLED光源(102)、白熱電球(142)、およびディスチャージランプの内の少なくとも1つの光源を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 支持体(100)は、互いに斜め、または垂直に配置された複数の壁(100A)、(100B)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載の装置。
