Description
図1は、本発明の第1の実施の形態に係る車両用灯具10の概略断面図である。図2は、図1に示す車両用灯具10のX−X概略断面図である。
図4は、本発明の第2の実施の形態に係る車両用灯具100を説明するための図である。図4において、太線矢印は空気の流れを表している。なお、第1の実施の形態に係る車両用灯具10と同一または対応する構成要素には同様の符号を付すと共に、重複する説明は適宜省略する。
Claims (4)
- 光源としての半導体発光素子と、
ベース部と、該ベース部上に立設された複数のフィンと含み、前記半導体発光素子から発生する熱を放熱するヒートシンクと、
前記半導体発光素子および前記ヒートシンクが設けられている空間の空気を送風するファンと、
前記ファンにより送風された空気を拡散させつつ、前記ヒートシンクに向けて案内するガイド部と、
前記半導体発光素子、前記ヒートシンク、前記ファンおよび前記ガイド部を収容する筐体と、
を備え、
前記ファンは、当該ファンから前記ヒートシンクの方向である第1の方向とは異なる第2の方向に送風するよう配置され、
前記ガイド部は、前記ファンから見て第2の方向に壁面を有し、
前記ガイド部は、当該壁面に当たった空気が放射状に拡散して前記ヒートシンクへ導かれるよう構成されており、
前記ファンは、軸方向から吸い込み軸方向に送風する軸流ファンであり、空気を吸い込む吸い込み面と、空気を送風する送風面とを有し、
前記ファンは、前記送風面を前記ガイド部の前記壁面に向けて配置されている、
ことを特徴とする車両用灯具。 - 前記ガイド部は、前記ヒートシンクの下端から前記フィンの間隙へ空気を案内することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記ガイド部は、少なくとも一部が空気導入用に開放された前面と、空気の流通を遮断する下面、両側面および背面と、前記ヒートシンクに送風するために開放された上面とを有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記ガイド部は、前記ヒートシンクと一体に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の車両用灯具。
