Description

可提升散熱效果的車用LED燈具
本新型係關於一種車用LED燈具,尤指一種可提升散熱效果的車用LED燈具。
目前車用的LED燈具除了遠近大燈與霧燈之外,為了增加車輛於日間行車時的可見度,減少交通事故的發生機會,某些國家(如歐盟)係規定所有新車必需安裝日行燈(Daytime Running Light,DRL)。
有一種已知的車用LED燈具,如圖7所示,其包括一燈殼91、一固定座92、一反射罩93、一第一LED光源94、一第二LED光源95及一透鏡96;該燈殼91金屬材質製成,且外部形成有複數個散熱片911,該固定座92係固定在燈殼91內,且一端朝軸向延伸一板狀固定部921,該反射罩93係設於該燈殼91內且位於固定座92一側,該反射罩93中央係水平設置一分隔板931,將反射罩93區分為上、下半部以分別構成一第一反射區932及一第二反射區933,該分隔板931上形成有一插槽,供形狀匹配地與前述固定座92的固定部921相互插接;該第一、第二LED光源94、95分別設於該固定部921的上、下兩面,使得該第一LED光源94對應第一反射區932、第二LED光源95對應第二反射區933,使第一、第二LED光 源94、95之光線分別透過對應的第一、第二反射區932、933折射,經由設於燈殼91前端的透鏡96射出。
上述已知的車用LED燈具在當作日行燈或霧 燈交替使用時,係令第一、第二LED光源94、95同時受驅動或個別受驅動而發亮,然而第一、第二LED光源94、95係同時設於燈殼91內的固定座92上,其發光時將產生大量熱能,而該燈殼91的散熱效果有限,且固定座92需同時承受二LED光源94,95所散發的熱能,在熱能無法迅速且有效揮散的情況下,將對第一、第二LED光源94、95的使用壽命造成相當的影響。
有鑑於上述現有技術之不足,本新型主要目的 係提供一種可提升散熱效果的車用LED燈具,藉由改良車用LED燈具的散熱結構以加強其散熱效率,達到提升車用LED燈具之散熱效果的目的。
欲達上述目的所使用的主要技術手段係令前述可提升散熱效果的車用LED燈具包括有:一燈殼,其徑壁上形成一散熱部,該散熱部朝燈殼外型成多數呈間隔排列的散熱鰭片;一固定座,係設於該燈殼內並對應於散熱部;一發光模組,係設於該燈殼內的固定座上,該發光模組主要係將二種以上不同照明功能的燈具設於一基板上,該基板係與該散熱部貼合而構成熱接觸;一反射罩,係設在該燈殼內於該固定座的相對位置處。
上述可提升散熱效果的車用LED燈具,透過該 發光模組的基板直接與散熱部熱接觸,將複數燈具所產生的大量熱氣,藉由燈殼上形成的多數呈間隔排列的散熱鰭片揮散,以此方式達到提升車用LED燈具的散熱效率,除此之外,將不同照明功能的燈具設於同一基板上,並且僅利用一反射罩提供光線進行折射,以同時提供日行燈與霧燈的照明效果,進一步達到節省製造成本的功效。

關於本新型之可提升散熱效果的車用LED燈具,如圖1所示,為本新型一較佳實施例,主要是在一燈殼10內設有一固定座20、一發光模組30以及一反射罩40;本實施例中該燈殼10係由鋁鎂合金製,具有高效率的散熱性;請參閱圖2與圖3所示,該燈殼10係呈杯狀而具有一開口,其開口處形成一環形固定部11,供結合一可透光的燈罩50;該燈殼10的徑壁上形成一散熱部12,該散熱部12朝燈殼外形成多數呈間隔排列的散熱鰭片 121,該燈殼10上形成一位於軸向上的置線槽122,並且與燈殼10內部連通,供穿設電源線,使電源線與該發光模組30電連接;該燈殼10背部設有多數供固定用的孔柱。
該固定座20主要係由一弧形的遮光罩21兩端 分別朝後延伸以形成二平行的遮光板22本實施例中,兩遮光板22的自由端分別向下延伸以形成一具有孔柱的連接部23,透過該連接部23與反射罩40結合;該固定座20係以軸向方向設置於該燈殼10內;該發光模組30係設在前述固定座20上,該發光模組30主要係於一基板31上設有複數燈具,本實施例中該複數燈具係由一第一燈具32、一第二燈具33所組成,該基板31表面係與散熱部12貼合,而第一、第二燈具32、33之照射方向係垂直於軸向,並相對於反射罩40;在基板31與散熱部12之間進一步設有一散熱貼34,可提升其散熱效果。
該反射罩40係呈弧形片狀,該設在該燈殼10 內該固定座20的相對位置處,該反射罩40上形成一弧形的折射面41,用以將各光源模組32,33所發出的光線投射至燈殼10外;該反射罩40背部設有多數孔柱,各孔柱係對應穿設於前述燈殼10背以及固定座20二連接部23上的孔柱,而利用螺釘予以螺合,以將反射罩40固定於燈殼10內。
請參考圖4所示,為本較佳實施例中該發光模 組30之進一步說明,該第一燈具32係指一LED的霧燈模組(FOG),該第二燈具33係指一由多數LED組成的日行燈 模組(Daytime Running Light,DRL);該基板31上設有電源接點,供與電源線以構成電連接。
本新型主要目的係提供一種可提升散熱效果 的車用LED燈具,透過該發光模組30的基板31直接與散熱部12熱接觸,將發光模組30所產生的大量熱氣,藉由燈殼10上形成的多數呈間隔排列的散熱鰭片121揮散,以此方式達到提升車用LED燈具的散熱效率;請參考圖5與圖6所示,為本實施例具有較佳散熱效果之說明:當本新型被安裝在車輛上使用時,由於該燈殼10內部構成的散熱結構使得內部空間密度不同,進而形成高低溫差而可帶動低溫流動,所形成的流場能協助降溫,該發光模組30在產生大量熱能時,又產生一由低處往高處竄升的熱流,由於基板31直接與散熱部12熱接觸,使得該熱流一並可由散熱鰭片121加速排散,由其冷空氣由下方接觸後於上方排出,利用冷、熱空氣對流的原理達到加強散熱的目的。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種可提升散熱效果的車用LED燈具,其包括有:一燈殼,其徑壁上形成一散熱部,該散熱部朝燈殼外型成多數呈間隔排列的散熱鰭片;一固定座,係設於該燈殼內並對應於散熱部;一發光模組,係設於該燈殼內的固定座上,該發光模組主要係將兩種以上不同照明功能的燈具設於一基板上,該基板係與該散熱部貼合而構成熱接觸;一反射罩,係設在該燈殼內於該固定座的相對位置處。
  2. 如請求項1所述之可提升散熱效果的車用LED燈具,該燈殼上形成一置線槽,並且與燈殼內部連通。
  3. 如請求項2所述之可提升散熱效果的車用LED燈具,該固定座係由一遮光罩兩端分別朝後延伸以形成二平行的遮光板。
  4. 如請求項3所述之可提升散熱效果的車用LED燈具,該發光模組係由一第一燈具、一第二燈具所組成。
  5. 如請求項4所述之可提升散熱效果的車用LED燈具,該第一燈具係指一LED的霧燈模組,該第二燈具係指一由多數LED組成的日行燈模組。
  6. 如請求項5所述之可提升散熱效果的車用LED燈具,其中在基板與散熱部之間進一步設有一散熱貼。
  7. 如請求項1至6中任一項所述之可提升散熱效果的車用LED燈具,該燈殼係呈杯狀並且於開口處形成一環形固定部,供結合一透光的燈罩。
  8. 如請求項7所述之可提升散熱效果的車用LED燈 具,該燈殼背部設有多數供固定用的孔柱;二遮光板的自由端分別向下延伸形成一連接部;該反射罩背部設有多數孔柱,各孔柱係對應穿設於前述燈殼背部及固定座二連接部。
