Abstract
【解決手段】中空のカプセル構造体として、内部に透明な液状又はゲル状の充填物32を充填した。また、カプセル構造体の前壁を、可撓性のレンズ前面膜16で構成する一方、カプセル構造体の後壁を、該レンズ前面膜16よりも大径の光学レンズ18で構成した。而して、水晶体嚢への挿入装着状態下で、硝子体の圧力変化が光学レンズ18に及ぼされることに伴い、レンズ前面膜16の膨出変形を利用して、焦点屈折力を調節可能とした。

以下の如き、直鎖状、分岐鎖状または環状のアルキル(メタ)アクリレート類;
メチル(メタ)アクリレート、エチル(メタ)アクリレート、ブチル(メタ)アクリレート、シクロヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート等
以下の如き、水酸基含有(メタ)アクリレート類;
ヒドロキシエチル(メタ)アクリレート、ヒドロキシブチル(メタ)アクリレート、ジエチレングリコールモノ(メタ)アクリレート等
以下の如き、芳香環含有(メタ)アクリレート類;
フェノキシエチル(メタ)アクリレート、フェニル(メタ)アクリレート、フェニルエチル(メタ)アクリレート等
以下の如き、シリコーン含有(メタ)アクリレート類;
トリメチルシロキシジメチルシリルメチル (メタ)アクリレート、トリメチルシロキシジメチルシリルプロピル(メタ)アクリレート等
なお、「(メタ)アクリレート」とは、「・・・アクリレート」並びに「・・・メタクリレート」の二つの化合物を総称するものであり、後述するその他の(メタ)アクリル誘導体についても同様とする。

Claims (23)
- 水晶体嚢に挿入される眼内レンズであって、
透明な弾性膜によって形成されたレンズ前面膜と、
該レンズ前面膜に対して光軸方向で離隔して対向配置された、該レンズ前面膜よりも大径の透明な光学レンズと、
該光学レンズの外周側に広がる可撓性の環状後面膜と、
該レンズ前面膜および該環状後面膜の外周側に位置せしめられて、該レンズ前面膜の外周縁部と該環状後面膜の外周縁部をそれぞれ支持せしめることにより、該レンズ前面膜と前記光学レンズの対向面間を外部から遮断してカプセル構造とする外周連結部と、
前記レンズ前面膜と前記光学レンズの対向面間における前記カプセル構造の内部に充填された透明な液状又はゲル状の内部充填物と、
前記外周連結部から外周側に延び出して水晶体嚢の赤道部内面に接することにより該外周連結部を水晶体嚢に対して位置決めする位置決め部と
を有することを特徴とする眼内レンズ。 - 前記レンズ前面膜における外側面の曲率と内側面の曲率が異ならされている請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記レンズ前面膜において、中央部分が外周部分よりも薄肉とされている請求項2に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記外周連結部における前記レンズ前面膜との接続部位が、その外側面において段差のない滑らかな面とされている請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 水晶体嚢内へ挿入された状態において、硝子体の圧力に基づいて、前記光学レンズが前記カプセル構造の内方へ変位せしめられ得るようになっている請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記光学レンズが、硝子体の圧力変化を受けても変形しない剛性をもって形成されている請求項5に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記光学レンズの前記カプセル構造の内方への変位量が0.01mm〜1.0mmの範囲内で設定されている請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 水晶体嚢内に挿入された状態において、硝子体の圧力変化によって前記光学レンズが前記カプセル構造の内方に押し込まれることによって生ぜしめられた前記内部充填物の圧力変化により前記レンズ前面膜を該カプセル構造の外方に押し出し、該レンズ前面膜の曲率を変化せしめることで+1D以上の屈折力変化を生ぜしめる請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記屈折力が、少なくとも+1D〜+3Dの範囲を含んで変化するように設定されている請求項8に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記レンズ前面膜と前記内部充填物の屈折率の差が3%以内とされている請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記内部充填物のポアソン比が0.46以上とされている請求項1乃至10の何れか一項に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記レンズ前面膜および前記環状後面膜の少なくとも一方のヤング率が0.001MPa〜5MPaとされている請求項1乃至11の何れか一項に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記レンズ前面膜および前記環状後面膜の少なくとも一方がシリコーンゴムから形成されている請求項1乃至12の何れか一項に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記レンズ前面膜および前記環状後面膜の少なくとも一方がヒドロゲルから形成されている請求項1乃至13の何れか一項に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記レンズ前面膜および前記環状後面膜の少なくとも一方が架橋された(メタ)アクリレート共重合体から形成されている請求項1乃至14の何れか一項に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記位置決め部および前記外周連結部の剛性が前記レンズ前面膜および前記環状後面膜よりも高くされている請求項1乃至15の何れか一項に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記光学レンズが、前記環状後面膜から前記カプセル構造の外方に0.05mm以上突出せしめられている請求項1乃至16の何れか一項に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記光学レンズの外周縁部における少なくとも前記カプセル構造の外方側が全周に亘ってシャープエッジ形状とされている請求項1乃至17の何れか一項に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記カプセル構造の屈折力を調節する屈折力調節手段を備えた請求項1乃至18の何れか一項に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記内部充填物の屈折率及び量の少なくとも一方を変化せしめることによって、前記屈折力調節手段を構成した請求項19に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記内部充填物の屈折率が1.34〜1.60とされている請求項1乃至20の何れか一項に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記光学レンズの径寸法が3.0mm〜7.0mmとされている請求項1乃至21の何れか一項に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記環状後面膜の幅寸法が0.1〜2.0mmとされている請求項1乃至22の何れか一項に記載の眼内レンズ。
