Abstract
Description
本発明は、多焦点眼内レンズに関する。より具体的に、本発明は、眼瞼調節式の帯状の多焦点眼内レンズ(eyelid controlled zonal multifocal intraocular lens)、及び既存の眼内レンズを適応させるための方法に関連する。
a)頭の1つの位置において、重力は、両側にレンズが存在する膜(トランポリンのようなもの)の湾曲を引き起こし、一方の側は固定され、もう一方は膜と共に移動可能となっている。
b)頭の1つの位置(下)において、重力は、追加の光学要素を動かして、光学軸に配する。他の位置(上向き)において、重力は、追加の光学要素を光学軸(その位置に従って開いている又は閉じられる人形の目のようなもの)から動かす。
c)頭の1つの位置において、重力は、異なる屈折率を持つ流体を光学軸に位置付ける(下向き)。他の位置(上向き)において、重力は、異なる屈折率を持つ追加の流体を、連通管の原理(law)に従い光学軸に位置付ける。
d)頭の1つの位置において、重力は、流体に気泡を押し出させて、2つのレンズ間の光学軸に位置付ける(下向き)。他の位置(上向き)において、重力は、流体に光学軸から気泡を押し出させる。これにより2つの効果が生じる:1.2つのレンズ間の空間における屈折率の変化。2.2つのレンズの相対位置の変化。
e)頭の1つの位置において、重力は、流体に気泡を押し出させて、2つのレンズ間の光学軸に位置付ける(下向き)。他の位置(上向き)において、重力は、流体に光学軸から気泡を押し出させる。これにより2つの効果が生じる:1.2つのレンズ間の空間における屈折率の変化。2.2つのレンズの相対位置の変化。
Claims (13)
- 調整自在な光屈折力の眼内レンズ用の機器であって、以下の要素:
少なくとも1つの可撓性レンズ;
前記少なくとも1つの可撓性レンズに付けられる可撓性ハプティクス;
前記ハプティクスに付けられる可撓性クッション
を含み;
ここで、前記要素の少なくとも1つはUV感光材料で作られており、前記要素の少なくとも1つはUV放射により剛性に変えられる、機器。 - 前記少なくとも1つの可撓性レンズは液体で作られている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機器。
- 前記可撓性クッションは液体で満ちている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの可撓性レンズはジェルで作られる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機器。
- 前記クッション中の前記液体と前記液体レンズとの間を連通するパイプが存在する、請求項1乃至3の何れか1つに記載の機器。
- パイプはUV感光材料で作られる、ことを特徴とする請求項1及び5に記載の機器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの可撓性レンズは、静止状態でゼロの光屈折力である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機器。
- 2つの可撓性レンズが存在し、可撓性レンズ両方の間の空間を前記液体レンズが満たしている、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7の何れか1つに記載の機器。
- 前記液圧が調整される、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8の何れか1つに記載の機器。
- 前記液圧は、液体レンズの周囲に配される気泡に穴をあけることにより調整される、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至9の何れか1つに記載の機器。
- 少なくとも1つの可撓性レンズはUV照射により剛性に変えられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至10の何れか1つに記載の機器。
- 可撓性ハプティクスはUV照射により剛性に変えられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至11の何れか1つに記載の機器。
- 可撓性ハプティクスはUV照射により剛性に変えられる、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の機器。
