Claims (18)
1. Устройство интраокулярной линзы с регулируемой оптической силой, включающее следующие элементы:
по меньшей мере одну гибкую линзу;
гибкие гаптические элементы, которые прикреплены к упомянутой по меньшей мере одной гибкой линзе;
гибкие подушечки, которые прикреплены к упомянутым гаптическим элементам;
отличающееся тем, что по меньшей мере один из упомянутых элементов изготовлен из УФ-чувствительного материала, и
тем, что по меньшей мере один из упомянутых элементов становится жестким под действием УФ-излучения.
2. Устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что упомянутая по меньшей мере одна гибкая линза изготовлена из жидкости.
3. Устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что упомянутые гибкие подушечки наполнены жидкостью.
4. Устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что упомянутая по меньшей мере одна гибкая линза изготовлена из геля.
5. Устройство по пп. 1-3, отличающееся тем, что оно включает трубки, которые обеспечивают сообщение между упомянутой жидкостью в упомянутых подушечках и упомянутой жидкой линзой.
6. Устройство по пп. 1 и 5, отличающееся тем, что трубки изготовлены из УФ-чувствительного материала.
7. Устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что упомянутая по меньшей мере одна гибкая линза имеет нулевую оптическую силу в состоянии покоя.
8. Устройство по предшествующим пунктам, отличающееся тем, что гибких линзы две и упомянутая жидкая линза заполняет пространство между обеими гибкими линзами.
9. Устройство по предшествующим пунктам, отличающееся тем, что давление упомянутой жидкости можно регулировать.
10. Устройство по предшествующим пунктам, отличающееся тем, что давление упомянутой жидкости можно регулировать путем прокалывания пузырьков, расположенных на окружности жидкой линзы.
11. Устройство по предшествующим пунктам, отличающееся тем, что по меньшей мере одна гибкая линза становится жесткой под действием УФ-излучения.
12. Устройство по предшествующим пунктам, отличающееся тем, что гибкие гаптические элементы становятся жесткими под действием УФ-излучения.
13. Устройство по п. 6, отличающееся тем, что гибкие гаптические элементы становятся жесткими под действием УФ-излучения.
