Abstract
La invención se refiere a una lente (1) para la corrección de la visión, en donde la lente (1) se configura para colocarse directamente sobre la superficie de un ojo (2) de una persona, en donde la lente (1) comprende además: un elemento base transparente (10) que tiene un lado posterior (12) y un lado frontal (11) orientado en la dirección opuesta al lado posterior (12), una membrana transparente y elásticamente expandible (20) que se conecta a dicho elemento base (10), en donde dicha membrana (20) comprende un lado posterior (22) que se orienta a dicho lado frontal (11) del elemento base (10), un miembro anular (30) que se conecta a dicho lado posterior (22) de la membrana (20) de manera que el miembro anular (30) define un área ajustable a la curvatura (23) de la membrana (20), y en donde la lente (1) comprende un volumen de la lente (41) adyacente a dicha área ajustable a la curvatura (23) de la membrana (20), cuyo volumen de la lente (41) se delimita por el miembro anular (30), y en donde la lente (1) comprende un volumen de depósito (42) dispuesto en un área límite (24) de la lente (1), en donde dichos dos volúmenes (41, 42) se rellenan con un líquido transparente (50, 50a, 50b), y medios de bombeo (700) que se configuran para transferir líquido transparente (50) del volumen de depósito (42) hacia el volumen de la lente (41) de manera que la curvatura del área ajustable a la curvatura (23) de la membrana (22) aumenta y la distancia focal de la lente (1) disminuye, y opcionalmente una estructura de soporte rígida (31) que se configura para reducir o evitar la compresión del volumen de depósito (42) cuando un párpado del usuario descansa sobre dicha región límite (24) de la lente.
