Claims (40)
- 水晶体の摘出後に嚢内に移植するように構成され、患者の毛様体筋の収縮に応答して調節される眼内レンズであって、
流路を形成する部分を有する基体と、
レンズ素子と、
前記レンズ素子と前記基体との間に挿入され、前記流路と流通し、前記レンズ素子と接触した状態で配置されているアクチュエータと、
前記流路と流通した状態で結合された内部容積を有する触覚部と、
前記アクチュエータ、流路、及び前記触覚部の前記内部容積内に配置された流体とを含み、
前記患者の毛様体筋の動きによって流体が前記触覚部の前記内部容積及び前記アクチュエータから移動し、前記レンズ素子の偏向が変更されることを特徴とする眼内レンズ。 - 前記アクチュエータが前記眼内レンズの光軸に沿って配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記流体が前記レンズ素子、前記基体、及び前記アクチュエータの屈折率と略同一の屈折率を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記触覚部が自身の形状を弧状とする支持要素を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記アクチュエータの動作によって生じる前記レンズ素子の偏向を大きくするために、前記レンズ素子と接触した状態で配置された環状の支持台をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記アクチュエータの動作から生じる前記眼内レンズ内の圧力差を均一化するために、前記眼内レンズの周辺に配置された膨張リザーバをさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記レンズ素子と前記基体との間に介在する、流体が充填された空間をさらに含み、
前記空間の容積は、前記眼内レンズが調節状態と非調節状態との間を移行する間に変動することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の眼内レンズ。 - 触覚部は、非変形状態及び変形状態を有し、
前記触覚部の前記内部容積は、前記非変形状態の場合よりも前記変形状態の場合の方が大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。 - 前記変形状態に移行の際に、前記触覚部によって、流体が前記アクチュエータから移動し、前記レンズ素子の偏向が低減することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 触覚部は、非変形状態及び変形状態を有し、
前記触覚部の前記内部容積は、前記非変形状態の場合よりも前記変形状態の場合の方が小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。 - 前記変形状態に移行の際に、前記触覚部によって、流体が前記アクチュエータに移動し、前記レンズ素子の偏向が低減することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記アクチュエータが、2次アクチュエータと協調動作するように結合された1次アクチュエータを含み、
前記2次アクチュエータが、前記流路と流通した状態で配置されていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の眼内レンズ。 - 前記触覚部が第1のリザーバと流通した状態で結合され、
前記流路が第2のリザーバと流通した状態で結合され、
流体が前記第1のリザーバ内で移動することによって、前記第2のリザーバ内の対応する流体が移動することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の眼内レンズ。 - 前記第1のリザーバ及び前記第2のリザーバが、前記眼内レンズの触覚部分内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 流体が前記触覚部の前記内部容積から前記アクチュエータに移動した場合に、前記アクチュエータが短縮されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記レンズ素子と前記基体との間に介在する、流体が充填された空間をさらに備え、
前記空間の容積は、前記眼内レンズが調節状態と非調節状態との間を移行する間において一定に維持されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。 - 前記レンズ素子の周辺ゾーンが前記眼内レンズの調節の際に内側に偏向することを特徴とする請求項16に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記基体は、非調節状態において所定の偏角で前記レンズ素子を支持する凸形状の前面をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記流体が前記レンズ素子又は基体内部に拡散することを低減するために、前記眼内レンズ内の流路内に配置された保護膜をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 体液が前記眼内レンズ内部に拡散することを低減するために、前記眼内レンズの外部に配置された保護膜をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- レンズ素子を有する光学部分と、
前記光学部分に結合された触覚部分と、
前記レンズ素子を選択的に偏向させ前記眼内レンズの屈折力を変更するために前記レンズ素子と接触した状態で配置されたアクチュエータと、
前記触覚部分内に配置された内部容積を有し、前記内部容積内で流体が移動することによって、前記アクチュエータ内の対応する流体が移動する触覚部と、
前記アクチュエータ及び前記触覚部の前記内部容積内に配置された流体とを備え、
前記触覚部に作用する力によって、流体が前記内部容積と前記アクチュエータとの間で移動し、前記レンズ素子の偏向が制御されることを特徴とする眼内レンズ。 - 前記光学部分が光透過性材料から成ることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記レンズ素子が前方レンズ素子であり、
前記光学部分が後方レンズ素子をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の眼内レンズ。 - 前記流体は、前記レンズ素子及びアクチュエータの屈折率と略同一の屈折率を有していることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記アクチュエータの動作から生じる圧力差を均一化するために、前記光学部分の周囲に配置された膨張リザーバをさらに含む、請求項21に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記光学部分は、前記レンズ素子に隣接する流体が充填された空間をさらに備え、
前記空間の容積は、前記眼内レンズが調節状態と非調節状態との間で移行する際に変動することを特徴とする請求項25に記載の眼内レンズ。 - 前記アクチュエータの動作によって生じる前記レンズ素子の偏向を大きくするために、前記レンズ素子と接触した状態で配置された環状の支持台をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の眼内レンズ。

流体が前記第1のリザーバ内で移動することによって、前記第2のリザーバ内の対応する流体が移動することを特徴とする請求項31に記載の眼内レンズ。 - 前記第1のリザーバ及び前記第2のリザーバが、前記眼内レンズの触覚部分内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項33に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 流体が前記触覚部の前記内部容積から前記アクチュエータに移動した場合に、前記アクチュエータが短縮されることを特徴とする請求項31に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記光学部分内の空間の容積は、前記眼内レンズが調節状態と非調節状態との間を移行する間において一定に維持されることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記レンズ素子の周辺ゾーンが前記眼内レンズの調節の際に内側に偏向することを特徴とする請求項21に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記光学部分は、非調節状態において所定の偏角で前記レンズ素子を支持する凸面を備えていることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記流体が前記レンズ素子又は基体内部に拡散することを低減するために、前記眼内レンズ内の流路内に配置された保護膜をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 体液が前記眼内レンズ内部に拡散することを低減するために、前記眼内レンズの外部に配置された保護膜をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の眼内レンズ。
