前記窩洞の周囲に延び、かつ前記窩洞の直径を画定する側壁と、
前記側壁の円周に沿って前記側壁と交差し、かつ前記窩洞の前記直径にわたって広がる変形可能な光学膜と
によって少なくとも部分的に画定される、流体光学部と、
前記流体光学部からある距離だけ離間された第二の光学部と、
前記側壁から延び、かつ前記流体光学部を前記第二の光学部に連結する複数の支柱とを含む、ステップと、
前記変形可能な光学膜が前記眼の光軸を横切って配置されるように前記流体光学部を前記水晶体嚢内に配置するステップと、
前記第二の光学部が前記眼の光軸を横切って配置されるように前記第二の光学部を前記水晶体嚢内に配置するステップと
を含み、
前記水晶体嚢が軸方向に圧縮されると、前記複数の支柱は前記窩洞の前記直径を増大させる方法で前記側壁を変形させ、それにより、前記変形可能な光学膜の曲率が変更される、方法。

Claims (20)
- 患者の眼の水晶体嚢内に移植されるように構成された眼内レンズであって、
光学流体を収容するための窩洞を含む流体光学部であって、前記窩洞は、
前記窩洞の周囲に延び、かつ前記窩洞の直径を画定する側壁と、
前記側壁の円周に沿って前記側壁と交差し、かつ前記窩洞の前記直径にわたって広がる変形可能な光学膜であって、患者の眼の光軸を横切って延びるように構成された変形可能な光学膜と
によって少なくとも部分的に画定される、流体光学部と、
前記流体光学部からある距離だけ離間され、かつ前記患者の眼の前記光軸を横切って延びるように構成された第二の光学部と、
前記側壁から延び、かつ前記流体光学部を前記第二の光学部に連結する複数の支柱であって、前記水晶体嚢が軸方向に圧縮されると、前記複数の支柱が前記窩洞の前記直径を増大させる方法で前記側壁を変形させ、それにより、前記変形可能な光学膜の曲率が変更されるように構成された複数の支柱と
を含む眼内レンズ。 - 前記流体光学部は前記水晶体嚢の第一の面と接触して配置されるように構成され、および前記第二の光学部は前記水晶体嚢の第二の面と接触して配置されるように構成される、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記窩洞の前記直径を増大させる方法での前記側壁の前記変形は、前記変形可能な光学膜への張力の増大を引き起こす、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記窩洞の前記直径を増大させる方法での前記側壁の前記変形は、前記変形可能な光学膜が半径方向に伸びることを引き起こす、請求項3に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記支柱は、前記水晶体嚢の軸方向の圧縮が前記支柱の変形を引き起こすように構成される、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記支柱の前記変形は、前記支柱の各々が前記患者の眼の前記光軸に関して外側に湾曲することを含む、請求項5に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記支柱の前記変形は、前記支柱の各々の曲率半径が減少することを含む、請求項5に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記変形可能な光学膜の曲率半径の変更は、前記曲率半径の増大を含む、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記水晶体嚢が軸方向に圧縮されると、前記流体光学部と前記第二の光学部との間の前記光軸に沿った距離は減少する、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記側壁の前記変形は、前記側壁の少なくとも一部の回転を含む、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記複数の支柱の各々は、前記光軸に関して窪んでいる湾曲部分を含む、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記第二の光学部は固体光学系を含む、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記第二の光学部は第二の流体光学部を含み、前記第二の流体光学部は、光学流体を収容する窩洞を含み、前記窩洞は、
前記窩洞の周囲に延び、かつ前記窩洞の直径を画定する側壁と、
前記側壁の円周に沿って前記側壁と交差し、かつ前記窩洞の前記直径にわたって広がる変形可能な光学膜であって、患者の眼の光軸を横切って延びるように構成された変形可能な光学膜と
によって少なくとも部分的に画定され、
前記複数の支柱は、前記流体光学部の前記側壁から延び、かつ前記第二の流体光学部の前記側壁に接続し、および
前記支柱は、前記水晶体嚢が軸方向に圧縮されると、前記複数の支柱が前記第二の流体光学部の前記窩洞の前記直径を増大させる方法で第二の流体光学部の前記側壁を変形させ、それにより、前記第二の流体光学部の前記変形可能な光学膜の曲率が変更されるように構成される、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。 - 前記流体光学部は、前記光軸を横切って延びるように構成された第二の光学膜をさらに含み、前記側壁は前記変形可能な光学膜と前記第二の光学膜との間に延びる、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。

- 前記円周方向のリングは、前記水晶体嚢が軸方向に圧縮されると直径が増大する、請求項15に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記変形可能な光学膜の前記曲率の前記変更が限定されるように前記流体光学部と前記第二の光学部との間の最小距離を画定する機械的ブロックをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記機械的ブロックは、前記流体光学部から前記光軸に沿って、かつ部分的に前記第二の光学部に向かって延びる第二の複数の支柱を含む、請求項17に記載の眼内レンズ。
