Description
Claims (16)
- 患者の眼の水晶体嚢内に移植されるように構成された眼内レンズであって、
光学流体を収容するための窩洞を含む流体光学部であって、前記窩洞は、
前記窩洞の周囲に延び、かつ前記窩洞の直径を画定する側壁と、
前記側壁の前方円周の周囲で前記側壁と交差し、かつ前記窩洞の前記直径にわたって広がる変形可能な光学膜であって、患者の眼の光軸を横切って延びるように構成された変形可能な光学膜と、
前記側壁の後方円周の周囲で前記側壁と交差する後方光学部と
によって画定され、
前記後方光学部は、前方に向かって前記窩洞内に延びる中央突起を含み、
前記変形可能な光学膜は、後方に向かって、前記側壁と前記後方光学部の前記中央突起との間の空間内に延びるリング状突起を含む、流体光学部と、
前記流体光学部からある距離だけ離間され、かつ前記患者の眼の前記光軸を横切って延びるように構成された第二の光学部と、
前記側壁から延び、かつ前記流体光学部を前記第二の光学部に連結する複数の支柱であって、前記水晶体嚢が軸方向に圧縮されると、前記複数の支柱が、前記窩洞の前記直径を増大させる方法で前記側壁を変形させ、それにより、前記変形可能な光学膜の曲率が変更されるように構成された複数の支柱と
を含み、前記変形可能な光学膜の前記リング状突起と前記後方光学部の前記中央突起との接触は、前記変形可能な光学膜の前記曲率の最大変更量を画定する、眼内レンズ。 - 前記流体光学部は前記水晶体嚢の第一の面と接触して配置されるように構成され、および前記第二の光学部は前記水晶体嚢の第二の面と接触して配置されるように構成される、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記窩洞の前記直径を増大させる方法での前記側壁の前記変形は、前記変形可能な光学膜への張力の増大を引き起こす、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記窩洞の前記直径を増大させる方法での前記側壁の前記変形は、前記変形可能な光学膜が半径方向に伸びることを引き起こす、請求項3に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記支柱は、前記水晶体嚢の軸方向の圧縮が前記支柱の変形を引き起こすように構成される、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記支柱の前記変形は、前記支柱の各々が前記患者の眼の前記光軸に関して外側に湾曲することを含む、請求項5に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記支柱の前記変形は、前記支柱の各々の曲率半径が減少することを含む、請求項5に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記水晶体嚢が軸方向に圧縮されると、前記複数の支柱が、前記窩洞の直径を増大させる方法で前記側壁を変形させ、それにより、前記変形可能な光学膜の曲率を減少させるように構成された、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記水晶体嚢が軸方向に圧縮されると、前記複数の支柱が、前記流体光学部と前記第二の光学部との間の前記光軸に沿った距離を減少させる方法で前記側壁を変形させるように構成された、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記側壁の前記変形は、前記側壁の少なくとも一部の旋回軸の周囲での回転を含む、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記複数の支柱の各々は、前記光軸に関して窪んでいる湾曲部分を含む、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記第二の光学部は固体光学系を含む、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記第二の光学部は、第二の流体光学部を含む、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記複数の支柱の各々は、前記流体光学部と前記第二の光学部との間に配置された円周方向のリングを介して相互に連結される、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記円周方向のリングは、前記水晶体嚢が軸方向に圧縮されると直径が増大する、請求項14に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記流体光学部と前記第二の光学部との間に配置された固体レンズをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
