Abstract
Description
本願は、2011年5月31日に出願された米国仮特許出願第61/491819号の優先権を主張し、この出願の内容は参照によって本明細書の一部を構成する。
Claims (28)
- 水晶体嚢内に移植されるようになっている調節性眼内レンズ(AIOL)であって、
外殻であって、前記水晶体嚢との結合を促進すべく、該外殻の少なくとも周囲に少なくとも一つの表面改質を含む外殻と、
充填材料の注入を許可するように構成されたバルブと、
水晶体嚢の形状変化に反応して、充填された前記外殻の形状を変化させるように、前記水晶体嚢からの力を伝達するようになっている、前記外殻における力伝達組立体と
を具備する、調節性眼内レンズ(AIOL)。 - 水晶体後嚢混濁を低減すべく前記水晶体嚢を保持するように形作られた、少なくとも一つの鋭い縁を更に具備する、請求項1に記載のAIOL。
- 当該AIOLの周囲に少なくとも一つの生体ヒンジを更に具備する、請求項1に記載のAIOL。
- 前記少なくとも一つの表面改質を有しない前記外殻の一部が、前記水晶体嚢の細胞成長を防止するように処理される、請求項1に記載のAIOL。
- 前記力伝達組立体が複数の強化リブを具備する、請求項1に記載のAIOL。
- 前記充填材料がポリマーゲルを含んで成る、請求項1に記載のAIOL。
- 前記外殻が周囲バンドを更に具備し、前記少なくとも一つの表面改質が前記周囲バンド上にある、請求項1に記載のAIOL。
- 前記少なくとも一つの表面改質がナノ・テクスチャリングを具備する、請求項1に記載のAIOL。

前記前方光学部を前記後方光学部に接続する連結特徴要素であって、該連結特徴要素への前記水晶体嚢の結合を促進する少なくとも一つの表面改質を有し、前記結合された水晶体嚢によって外側に引っ張られると、機械的エネルギーを蓄えるようになっており、スプリング巻回部を具備する連結特徴要素と
を具備する、二重光学部の調節性眼内レンズ(AIOL)。 - 前記連結特徴要素が生体ヒンジを具備する、請求項10に記載の二重光学部のAIOL。
- 前記少なくとも一つの表面改質がナノ・テクスチャリングを具備する、請求項10に記載の二重光学部のAIOL。
- 前記少なくとも一つの表面改質が、前記水晶体嚢についての成長因子を含むコーティングを含んで成る、請求項10に記載の二重光学部のAIOL。
- 前記連結特徴要素に接続された周囲バンドを更に具備する、請求項10に記載の二重光学部のAIOL。
- 前記連結特徴要素が前記水晶体嚢に結合されることを可能とすべく、前記連結特徴要素内に機械的エネルギーを蓄える保持特徴要素を更に具備する、請求項10に記載の二重光学部のAIOL。
- 取付領域において複数の小帯に取り付けられた水晶体嚢内で調節性眼内レンズ(AIOL)に連結するようになっている周囲バンドであって、
前記水晶体嚢への結合を促進する少なくとも一つの表面改質を有し、前記水晶体嚢の取付領域に亘る幅を有する、周囲バンド。 - 前記水晶体嚢から前記AIOLに力を伝達すべく該AIOLの周りにぴったり収まるような大きさで作られる、請求項16に記載の周囲バンド。
- 接着剤で前記AIOLに結合される、請求項16に記載の周囲バンド。
- 前記周囲バンドが前記AIOLと一体的に形成される、請求項16に記載の周囲バンド。
- 前記少なくとも一つの表面改質がナノ・テクスチャリングを具備する、請求項16に記載の周囲バンド。
- 前記少なくとも一つの表面改質が、前記水晶体嚢についての成長因子を含むコーティングを含んで成る、請求項16に記載の周囲バンド。
- 水晶体嚢内に調節性眼内レンズ(AIOL)を移植する方法であって、
AIOLを提供するステップであって、該AIOLが、外殻であって、前記水晶体嚢との結合を促進すべく、該外殻の少なくとも周囲に少なくとも一つの表面改質を含む外殻と、充填材料の注入を許可するように構成されたバルブと、水晶体嚢の形状変化に反応して、充填された前記外殻の形状を変化させるように、前記水晶体嚢からの力を伝達するようになっている、前記外殻における力伝達組立体とを具備する、ステップと、
充填材料を使用して前記AIOLを完全に充填するステップと、
前記水晶体嚢が前記AIOLの外殻に結合することを可能とするステップと、
前記AIOLを非調節状態に設置すべく前記AIOLから充填材料を取り除くステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記充填材料がポリマーゲルを含んで成る、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも一つの表面改質がナノ・テクスチャリングを具備する、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも一つの表面改質が、前記水晶体嚢についての成長因子を含むコーティングを含んで成る、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 二重光学部の調節性眼内レンズ(AIOL)を移植する方法であって、
二重光学部のAIOLを提供するステップであって、該二重光学部のAIOLが、前方光学部と、後方光学部と、前記前方光学部を前記後方光学部に接続する連結特徴要素であって、該連結特徴要素への水晶体嚢の結合を促進する少なくとも一つの表面改質を有し、前記結合された水晶体嚢によって外側に引っ張られると、スプリング巻回部において機械的エネルギーを蓄えるようになっている連結特徴要素と、該連結特徴要素が前記水晶体嚢に結合されることを可能とすべく前記連結特徴要素内に機械的エネルギーを蓄えるようになっている保持特徴要素とを具備する、連結特徴要素とを具備するステップと、
前記二重光学部のAIOLを前記水晶体嚢内に移植するステップと、
前記水晶体嚢が前記二重光学部のAIOLに結合することを可能とするステップと、
前記保持特徴要素を解放するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記保持特徴要素を解放するステップが、前記保持特徴要素を取り除くことを含む、請求項26に記載の方法。
- 前記保持特徴要素を解放するステップが、前記保持特徴要素をレーザで切断することを含む、請求項26に記載の方法。
