Claims (43)
- 水晶体嚢内部に挿入される眼内レンズにおいて、
中心部の厚さが前記中心部周辺の厚さより薄い第1オプテック体及び前記第1オプテック体と結合され、少なくとも中心部での厚さが前記第1オプテック体と同一またはより厚い第2オプテック体を含むオプテック部;及び
前記第1オプテック体及び前記第2オプテック体に連結される連結台と、前記連結台の外周と連結して前記水晶体嚢内面と接触する第1支持台を含むヘプテック部を含んで構成され、
前記第1支持台は前記連結台の端部に沿って延長される構造体であり、前記水晶体嚢の内面と少なくとも一点で接触する第1面と、前記第1面の反対面である第2面を有し、
前記第1支持台を水晶体の視軸方向(Y方向)の仮想平面に沿って切断した断面において、
前記第1面は前記水晶体嚢の外面に毛樣小帶が連結された領域の長さ(d5)の3/4倍〜3倍の長さで設けられることを特徴とする眼内レンズ。 - 前記第1オプテック体が前記第2オプテック体より柔軟な材質になされたことが特徴である、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記第1オプテック体は内面及び外面を含んで、前記内面及び前記外面は球面であり、前記内面は前記外面より曲率がより大きい球面であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記第1支持台が前記水晶体嚢の内面に接触する面は丸い形状を持つことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記連結台はオプテック部の外周の少なくとも二つ以上の区間で連結された支柱形状構造体であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記第1支持台は前記連結台のオプテック部反対側支柱の端部を少なくと二つ以上連結する構造体であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記第1支持台は前記連結台のオプテック部反対側支柱の端部を全て連結する環形構造体であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記支柱形状構造体のオプテック部側の端部には前記オプテック部側の端部を連結する第2支持台をさらに設けることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記支柱形状構造体の両端部は前記支柱形状構造体の中央より断面積が大きいことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記第2支持台の内面はオプテック部中心に向けて凹んでいる形状であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記第2支持台はオプテック部の外周に連結されたことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記第2支持台はオプテック部の内部に挿入されたことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記連結台は前記オプテック部外周の全区間において連結されたディスク形状構造体であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記連結台は前記オプテック部の外周の少なくとも二つ以上の区間で連結され、分割されたディスク形状構造体であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記第1支持台はディスク形状の連結台の端部の外周に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項13または請求項14に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記オプテック部及び前記第1支持台は前記連結台より柔軟な材料でなされたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記オプテック部及び前記第1支持台が前記連結台と同様な材料でなされ、前記連結台よりさらに薄い厚さで構成されることが特徴である、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記第1面は前記第2面よりさらに柔軟性のある材質で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記第1面と前記第2面の材質が同一であり、前記第1面が前記第2面よりさらに薄く構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記第1面と前記第2面は同一の材質及び同一の厚さで構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記第1面の表面は他の部分の表面より粗さが大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記第1面の表面には前記水晶体嚢への装着を容易にする装着材がさらに含まれたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記装着材は組織接着剤または接着剤であることを特徴とする、請求項22に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記眼内レンズの内には流動空間が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記流動空間は少なくとも前記第1オプテック体と前記第2オプテック体との間に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項24に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記流動空間は前記第1オプテック体と前記第2オプテック体との間に設けられる第1空間部、前記連結台の内部に設けられる第2空間部、及び前記第1支持台内部に設けられる第3空間部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項24に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記第1空間部、前記第2空間部及び前記第3空間部はお互いに連結されたことを特徴とする、請求項26に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記流動空間には液体、気体及び粘弾性物質で構成される群から選ばれるいずれか一つが充填されることを特徴とする、請求項26に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記液体は水、シリコーン、ヒアルロン酸ナトリウム、コーンドロイチン硫酸、ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース及びポリアクリルアミドよりなる群から選ばれるいずれか一つであることを特徴とする、請求項28に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記気体は空気、窒素、ヘリウム、ネオン及びアルゴンで構成される群から選ばれるいずれか一つであることを特徴とする、請求項28に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記第1面及び前記第2面の中、少なくとも第1面は前記第2面から前記第1面に向ける方向に膨らんでいることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記第1面は水晶体嚢の前嚢と後嚢にそれぞれ対応する区間であり、赤道により区分される前面部と後面部を有し、
前記前面部の曲率は後面部の曲率よりさらに大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。 - 前記第1面は水晶体嚢の前嚢と後嚢にそれぞれ対応する区間であり、赤道により区分される前面部と後面部を有し、
前記眼内レンズの水晶体の視軸方向(Y方向)の仮想平面に沿って切断された断面において、前記第1支持台の第1面の、赤道から前記前面部の終点までの延長長さ(d1)及び赤道から前記後面部の終点までの延長長さ(d2)は1mm〜4.2mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。 - 前記赤道から前記前面部の終点までの延長長さ(d1)は前記赤道から後面部の終点までの延長長さ(d2)より短いことを特徴とする、請求項33に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記眼内レンズの水晶体の視軸方向(Y方向)の仮想平面に沿って切断した断面において、前記第1支持台の第1面の断面形状は、接触する前記水晶体嚢の内面と一致することを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記第1空間部は少なくとも一面が膨らんでいることを特徴とする、請求項26に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記第1空間部は少なくとも一面が非球面であることを特徴とする請求項36に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記第2オプテック体は中心部の厚さが周辺の厚さより薄いことを特徴とする、請求項25に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記第2オプテック体は内面及び外面を含み、前記内面及び前記外面は球面または非球面であり、前記内面は前記外面よりさらに曲率が大きい球面であり、あるいはさらに非球面であることを特徴とする、請求項25に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記第1オプテック体及び第2オプテック体は厚さにおいて同一な厚さであり、それぞれの中心部から周辺に行くほど厚くなる区間を含むことを特徴とする、請求項25に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記眼内レンズの材料はシリコーン、シリコーンエラストマ、シリコーン ポリマー、ポリジメチルシロキサン、ポリプロピレン、ポリイミド、ポリブテステル、PMMA(polymethyl methacrylate)、マイクロプレクス PMMA、CQ−UV PMMA、アクリル樹脂、硬性アクリル、柔軟性アクリル、アクリルプラスチック、疎水性アクリル、親水性アクリル、親水性アクリル高分子、紫外線吸収アクリレート、メタクリレートコポリマー、ブチルアクリレート、ポリシロキサンエラストマー、紫外線吸収ポリシロキサン、コラーゲンコポリマー、金、ヒドロゲル、HEMA(2−hydroxyethyl methacrylate)、MMA(methyl methacrylate)、CAB(cellulose acetate butylate)、2−HAMA(2−hydroxy ethyl methacrylate)、NVP(n−vinyl pyrrolidone)、PVP(polyvinyl pyrrolidone)、MA(methacrylic acid)、GMA(glycerol methacrylate)、DMS(dimethyl siloxane)、PHEMA(polyhydroxyethyl methacrylate)、PEGMMA(polyethylenehlycol methacrylate)、ポリHEMAヒドロゲル、紫外線吸収ポリHEMAヒドロゲル、シリコーンヒドロゲル、GMA/HEMA、HEMA/PVP/MA、PVA、HEMA/PVA/MA、HEMA/PVA/MMA、HEMA/MMA、HEMA/NVP、HEMA/NVP/MA、HEMA/NVP/MMA、HEMA/Acryl及びHEMA/PCよりなる群から選ばれるいずれか一つで構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。

- 前記第2オプテック体は中心部から周辺に行くほど厚くなる区間を含むことを特徴とする、請求項38に記載の眼内レンズ。
