Claims (20)
- 光学部分及び周辺部分と、
前記光学部分及び前記周辺部分の少なくとも一方の内部に配置された流体とを備えた調節式眼内レンズ(AIOL)であって、
該AIOLが水晶体嚢の力の量の増大に対して非線形な屈折力の応答を有し、
非線形応答の第一の部分中の前記AIOLの屈折力の変化が実質的にゼロであり、
前記非線形応答の第一の部分が、水晶体嚢のサイズの可変性、現状の水晶体嚢のサイズの測定誤差、眼内に生じる又は眼内レンズに対して生じ得る埋め込み後の変化(再成形)に対応している、AIOL。 - 前記周辺部分が、前記光学部分内部の流体チャネルと流体的に連結している流体チャンバを画定し、前記流体が、前記流体チャンバ及び前記流体チャネル内部に配置されている、請求項1に記載のAIOL。
- アクティブチャネル内の流体の圧力が、非線形応答の第一の部分中に第一の圧力から第二の圧力に増大し、前記流体の圧力が、非線形応答の第二の部分中に前記第二の圧力から第三の圧力に増大する、請求項2に記載のAIOL。
- アクティブチャネル内の流体の圧力が、非線形応答の第一の部分中に実質的に同じままであり、前記流体の圧力が、非線形応答の第二の部分中に第一の圧力から第二の圧力に増大する、請求項2に記載のAIOL。
- 前記光学部分が、前方素子と、後方素子と、前記前方素子と前記後方素子との間に配置された中間素子とを備え、前記中間素子が水晶体嚢の力に応答して偏向する、請求項1に記載のAIOL。
- 前記中間素子が、前記AIOLに対する水晶体嚢の力に応答して偏向するアクチュエータを備える、請求項5に記載のAIOL。
- 前記中間素子及び前記後方素子が、前記周辺部分と流体的に連結しているアクティブチャネルを画定し、前記前方素子及び前記中間素子がパッシブチャンバを画定し、前記流体が前記アクティブチャネル及び前記周辺部分内部に配置された第一の流体であり、前記パッシブチャンバが第二の流体を含む、請求項5に記載のAIOL。
- 前記周辺部分が、水晶体嚢の力に応答して変形するハプティックを備える、請求項1に記載のAIOL。
- 光学部分と、前記光学部分の周辺の非光学部分とを備えた調節式眼内レンズ(AIOL)であって、
前記光学部分が、該AIOLに対する水晶体嚢の力に応答して構成を変化させるアクチュエーション素子を備え、
該AIOLが、該AIOLに対する水晶体嚢の力に応答して非線形な屈折力の応答を有し、
非線形応答の第一の部分中の前記AIOLの屈折力が実質的に一定のままであり、
前記非線形応答の第一の部分が、水晶体嚢のサイズの可変性、現状の水晶体嚢のサイズの測定誤差、眼内に生じる又は眼内レンズに対して生じ得る埋め込み後の変化(再成形)に対応している、AIOL。 - 前記光学部分が前方素子及び後方素子を備え、前記アクチュエーション素子が前記前方素子と前記後方素子との間に配置されている、請求項9に記載のAIOL。
- 前記アクチュエーション素子が、非線形応答の第一の部分の開始時に前記前方素子に接触していない、請求項10に記載のAIOL。
- 前記アクチュエーション素子が、非線形応答の第二の部分の開始時に前記前方素子に接触している、請求項11に記載のAIOL。
- 前記AIOLが、前記光学部分及び周辺部分の少なくとも一方の内部に配置された流体を更に備え、前記アクチュエーション素子が、前記AIOL内部の流体の変位に応答して構成を変化させるように構成されている、請求項9に記載のAIOL。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の複数の調節式眼内レンズを備えた調節式眼内レンズ(AIOL)のキットであって、
前記複数の調節式眼内レンズの各々が、光学部分及び周辺部分を備え、前記複数の調節式眼内レンズの各々が、異なる物理パラメータの光学部分素子を備える、キット。 - 前記異なる物理パラメータが前記光学部分素子の寸法を含む、請求項14に記載のキット。
- 前記光学部分素子が、前記光学部分の前面と後面との間の配置されたアクチュエータである、請求項15に記載のキット。
- 光学部分と、周辺部分と、前記光学部分及び前記周辺部分の内部に配置された流体とを備えた調節式眼内レンズ(AIOL)であって、
前記光学部分及び前記周辺部分が流体的に連結していて、
前記周辺部分が、毛様体筋の動きに起因する水晶体嚢の再成形に応答して変形して、前記周辺部分と前記光学部分との間で前記流体を変位させて、
前記周辺部分が、毛様体筋の動きに関係しない水晶体嚢の再成形に応答して前記周辺部分と前記光学部分との間で実質的に前記流体を変位させないように構成されており、
これによって、該AIOLが水晶体嚢の力の量の増大に対して非線形な屈折力の応答を有し、
非線形応答の第一の部分中の前記AIOLの屈折力の変化が実質的にゼロであり、
前記非線形応答の第一の部分が、水晶体嚢のサイズの可変性、現状の水晶体嚢のサイズの測定誤差、眼内に生じる又は眼内レンズに対して生じ得る埋め込み後の変化(再成形)に対応している、AIOL。 - 前記周辺部分が、前記光学部分と流体的に連結している少なくとも一つのハプティックを備え、前記ハプティックが、前記周辺部分と前記光学部分との間で実質的に流体を変位させないように毛様体筋の動きに関係しない水晶体嚢の再成形に応答して変形するように構成されている、請求項17に記載のAIOL。
- 前記少なくとも一つのハプティックの寸法が、前記AIOLが埋め込まれる水晶体嚢の寸法よりも大きい、請求項17に記載のAIOL。
- 前記周辺部分が、楕円形の断面を有する少なくとも一つのハプティックを含む、請求項17に記載のAIOL。
