Abstract
【解決手段】、アテレクトミーカテーテルと、光コヒーレンス断層画像化(OCT)センサ(7)と、血管内超音波(IVUS)センサ(6)と、位置センサ(10)と、センサ(10)のデータに基づく複合化された2Dおよび/または3D画像撮影を作成するように構成されている画像処理ユニット(34,35,36,38)とが備えらえている。

Description
図1はアテレクトミーを実施するための本発明によるカテーテル装置を示し、
図2は本発明による第2の実施例を示し、
図3はカテーテル装置を有する本発明による治療装置を示し、
図4は図3の治療装置によるセンサ読取りの概略図を示す。
線4が組込まれている。更に、可撓性駆動軸2内には、電磁センサシステムとして構成されている位置センサシステムの信号線5が配置されている。IVUSセンサ6およびOCTセンサ7はカテーテルの前端部に組込まれている。カテーテル先端8の範囲には回転するメスとして構成されているカッター9を有する開口が存在する。カテーテル先端8にはOCTセンサ7のための光出射窓が存在する。更に、そこにはセンサシステムの磁気センサが配置されている。これらのセンサは、患者の体外に配置されている位置センサ10と協働する。位置センサ10は電磁センサとして構成されている。

Claims (22)
- アテレクトミーを実施するためのカテーテル装置(1)において、アテレクトミーカテーテルと、光コヒーレンス断層画像化(OCT)センサ(7)と、血管内超音波(IVUS)センサ(6)と、位置センサ(10)と、センサ(10)のデータに基づく複合化された2Dおよび/または3D画像撮影を作成するように構成されている画像処理ユニット(34,35,36,38)とが含まれていることを特徴とするカテーテル装置。
- 位置センサ(10)がカテーテルの先端に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のカテーテル装置。
- カテーテル装置が、カテーテル先端を偏向させるために機械的制御手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のカテーテル装置。
- カテーテルが外部磁場によって制御可能であり、カテーテルが少なくとも1つの永久磁石および/または少なくとも1つの電磁石を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の1つに記載のカテーテル装置。
- 位置センサが電磁センサとして構成され、カテーテル内の送信コイルおよび外部の受信コイル、または外部の送信コイルおよびカテーテル内の受信コイルが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4記載のカテーテル装置。
- 受信コイルが鉄心を有し、選択的に受信アンテナまたは電磁石として磁気ナビゲーションのために使用可能であることを特徴とする請求項5記載のカテーテル装置。
- カテーテル内のコイルが直交方向にまたは任意の角度に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5又は6記載のカテーテル装置。
- OCTセンサ(7)および/またはIVUSセンサ(6)が、カテーテルの縦軸線に対して横に向けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7の1つに記載のカテーテル装置。
- OCTセンサ(7)およびIVUSセンサ(6)が別々にまたは共通にカテーテルの縦軸線の周りを回転可能であるおよび/またはカテーテルが駆動ユニットによって規定可能な速度で押し込み可能または引き戻し可能であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8の1つに記載のカテーテル装置。
- 画像処理ユニット(34,35,36,38)が、検査すべき体部分の中心線および/または包絡線を近似計算するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9の1つに記載のカテーテル装置。
- カテーテルの3D撮影画像が、画像処理ユニット(34,35,36,38)によって近似計算された包絡線に基づいて、他の解剖学的な画像データと共にレジストレーション処理されかつ画像融合されることを特徴とする請求項10記載のカテーテル装置。
- カテーテルの3D撮影画像および解剖学的な画像データが共通な座標系に移行可能であることを特徴とする請求項11記載のカテーテル装置。
- 呼吸または心臓またはその他の器官の運動によって生じるモーションアーチファクトが、運動の周波数および/または振幅によって検出可能であり、コンピュータによる補正の枠内で考慮可能であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至12の1つに記載のカテーテル装置。
- センサ(10)が、相互の障害を回避するために時間的にずらされてクロック同期で読取り可能であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至13の1つに記載のカテーテル装置。
- カテーテルが、電磁場に対するシールドのための被覆を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至14の1つに記載のカテーテル装置。
- カテーテルおよびそのセンサが系統電圧から電気的に減結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至15の1つに記載のカテーテル装置。
- カテーテルがX線マーカーを有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至16の1つに記載のカテーテル装置。
- カテーテルが、摩擦抵抗を低減するための被覆を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至17の1つに記載のカテーテル装置。
- カテーテルが、その先端に、位置決めの維持のための少なくとも1つの膨張可能なバルーンを有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至18の1つに記載のカテーテル装置。
- カテーテルが、カテーテル先端に配置された温度センサおよび/または圧力センサを有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至19の1つに記載のカテーテル装置。
- 請求項1乃至20の1つに記載のカテーテル装置を有することを特徴とする治療装置。
- OCTセンサ、IVUSセンサおよび位置センサを有するアテレクトミーカテーテルが使用され、画像処理ユニットによって、センサのデータに基づく複合化された2Dおよび/または3D画像撮影が作成されることを特徴とするアテレクトミーを実施する際の検査画像の作成方法。
