Claims (22)
- ロタブレーションを実施するための装置(1)において、ロタブレーション・カテーテル、OCTセンサ(7)、IVUSセンサ(6)、位置センサ(10)及び画像処理ユニット(34、35、36、38)を含み、画像処理ユニットは、センサ(10)のデータに基づく組み合わされた2D及び3D又はそのいずれか一方の撮像を作成するために形成されていることを特徴とするロタブレーションを実施するための装置。
- 位置センサ(10)がカテーテルの先端に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 機械的制御部を有し、この制御部がカテーテル先端を変位させるため張り線を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の装置。
- カテーテルが外部磁界によって制御可能であり、カテーテルは少なくとも1つの永久磁石及び少なくとも1つの電磁石又はそのいずれか一方を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 位置センサ(10)が電磁式センサとして形成され、カテーテル内の送信コイルと外部受信コイル、又は外部送信コイルとカテーテル内の受信コイルが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の装置。
- 受信コイルが鉄心を有し、選択的に受信アンテナとして又は電磁石として磁気式誘導のために使用されることを特徴とする請求項5記載の装置。
- コイルがカテーテル内に直交して又は任意の角度、特に約60°の角度で配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5又は6記載の装置。
- OCTセンサ(7)及びIVUSセンサ(6)又はそのいずれか一方が、カテーテルの長軸に関して側方に向けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- OCTセンサ(7)及びIVUSセンサ(6)が別々に又は共通してカテーテルの長軸を中心に回転可能であり、及び/又はカテーテルは駆動軸により一定の速度で前方へ押し出されるか引き下げられることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 画像処理ユニット(34、35、36、38)が、検査すべき身体部分、特に血管の中心線及び包絡線又はそのいずれか一方を近似するために形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- カテーテルの3D撮像が画像処理ユニット(34、35、36、38)によって、近似された包絡線に基づき他の解剖学的画像データ、特に3D血管造影データ、コンピュータ断層撮影データ、又は核スピン断層撮影データと共に記録され融合されることを特徴とする請求項10記載の装置。
- カテーテルの3D撮像及び解剖学的画像データが共通の座標系に移されることを特徴とする請求項11記載の装置。
- 呼吸又は心臓又は他の器官の動きにより生ずる体動アーチファクトが、体動の周波数及び振幅又はそのいずれか一方の検出により確定され、計算による修正の枠組みにおいて考慮されることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- センサ(10)が相関的な擾乱を回避するため時間的にずらしてクロックされて読み出されることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- カテーテルが被層、特に導電性のナノ粒子からなる薄膜層を電磁界に対する遮蔽のために有することを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- カテーテル及びそのセンサが電気的に使用電圧から分離されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜15のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- カテーテルがX線マーカーを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜16のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- カテーテルが摩擦抵抗を減ずるため被層を備え、この被層が特にシリコーン材料及びナノ粒子又はそのいずれか一方からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜17のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- カテーテルが特に先端に、位置決めを支援するため少なくとも1つの吹き込みにより膨らませることが可能なバルーンを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜18のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- カテーテルがその先端に配置された温度センサ、及び圧力センサ又はそのいずれか一方を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜19のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 請求項1〜20のいずれか1つに記載の装置を有することを特徴とする医療処置装置、特にX線装置。
- ロタブレーション・カテーテルがOCTセンサ、IVUSセンサ及び位置センサを有し、センサのデータに基づく組み合わされた2D及び3D又はそのいずれか一方の撮像が画像処理ユニットによって作成されることを特徴とするロタブレーションを実施する際の検査画像を作成するための方法。
