Claims (20)
- アテレクトミーを実施するためのカテーテル装置(1)において、アテレクトミーカテーテルと、前記アテレクトミーカテーテルに配置された光コヒーレンス断層画像化(OCT)センサ(7)および血管内超音波(IVUS)センサ(6)と、前記アテレクトミーカテーテルの位置を決定するための位置センサ(10)と、画像処理ユニット(34,35,36,38)とを含み、前記画像処理ユニット(34,35,36,38)は、前記OCTセンサ(7)、IVUSセンサ(6)および位置センサ(10)のデータに基づく複合化された2Dおよび3Dの少なくとも一方の撮影画像を作成し、前記OCTセンサ(7)、IVUSセンサ(6)および位置センサ(10)のデータの読み取りは相互に時間的にずらされてクロック同期で行われるカテーテル装置。
- 前記位置センサ(10)と協働して前記アテレクトミーカテーテルの位置を検出する磁気センサが前記アテレクトミーカテーテルの先端に配置されている請求項1記載のカテーテル装置。
- 前記アテレクトミーカテーテル先端を偏向させるために機械的制御手段を有する請求項1又は2記載のカテーテル装置。
- 前記アテレクトミーカテーテルが外部磁場によって制御可能であり、前記アテレクトミーカテーテルが少なくとも1つの永久磁石および少なくとも1つの電磁石またはそのいずれか一方を有する請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテル装置。
- 前記位置センサが電磁センサとして構成され、前記アテレクトミーカテーテル内に設けられた送信コイルと通信する受信コイル、または前記アテレクトミーカテーテル内に設けられた受信コイルと通信する送信コイルを有する請求項4記載のカテーテル装置。
- 前記受信コイルが鉄心を有し、選択的に受信アンテナまたは電磁石として磁気ナビゲーションのために使用可能である請求項5記載のカテーテル装置。
- 前記アテレクトミーカテーテル内のコイルが直交方向にまたは任意の角度に配置されている請求項5又は6記載のカテーテル装置。
- 前記OCTセンサ(7)およびIVUSセンサ(6)の少なくとも一方が、前記アテレクトミーカテーテルの縦軸線に対して横に向けられている請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテル装置。
- 前記OCTセンサ(7)およびIVUSセンサ(6)が別々にまたは共通に前記アテレクトミーカテーテルの縦軸線の周りを回転可能、または前記アテレクトミーカテーテルが駆動ユニットによって規定可能な速度で押し込み可能または引き戻し可能である請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテル装置。
- 前記画像処理ユニット(34,35,36,38)が、検査すべき体部分の中心線および包絡線の少なくとも一方を近似計算するように構成されている請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテル装置。
- 前記アテレクトミーカテーテルの3D撮影画像が、前記画像処理ユニット(34,35,36,38)によって近似計算された包絡線に基づいて、他の解剖学的な画像データと共にレジストレーション処理されかつ画像融合される請求項10記載のカテーテル装置。
- 前記アテレクトミーカテーテルの3D撮影画像および解剖学的な画像データが共通な座標系に移行可能である請求項11記載のカテーテル装置。
- 呼吸または心臓またはその他の器官の運動によって生じるモーションアーチファクトが
、運動の周波数および振幅の少なくとも一方によって検出可能であり、コンピュータによる補正の枠内で考慮可能である請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテル装置。 - 前記アテレクトミーカテーテルが、電磁場に対するシールドのための被覆を有する請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテル装置。
- 前記アテレクトミーカテーテルおよびそのセンサが系統電圧から電気的に減結合されている請求項1から14のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテル装置。
- 前記アテレクトミーカテーテルがX線マーカーを有する請求項1から15のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテル装置。
- 前記アテレクトミーカテーテルが、摩擦抵抗を低減するための被覆を備えている請求項1から16のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテル装置。
- 前記アテレクトミーカテーテルが、その先端に、位置決めの維持のための少なくとも1つの膨張可能なバルーンを有する請求項1から17のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテル装置。
- 前記アテレクトミーカテーテルが、カテーテル先端に配置された温度センサおよび圧力センサの少なくとも一方を有する請求項1から18のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテル装置。
