Claims (20)
- ロタブレーションを実施するための装置(1)において、ロタブレーション・カテーテル、前記ロタブレーション・カテーテルに配置されたOCTセンサ(7)、IVUSセンサ(6)、前記ロタブレーション・カテーテルの位置を決定するための位置センサ(10)及び画像処理ユニット(34、35、36、38)を含み、前記画像処理ユニットは、前記OCTセンサ(7)、IVUSセンサ(6)及び位置センサ(10)のデータに基づく組み合わされた2D及び3Dの少なくとも一方の撮像を作成し、前記OCTセンサ(7)、IVUSセンサ(6)及び位置センサ(10)のデータの読み出しは相互に時間的にずらしてクロックされて行われる、ロタブレーションを実施するための装置。
- 前記位置センサ(10)と協働して前記ロタブレーション・カテーテルの位置を検出する磁気式センサ(18)が前記ロタブレーション・カテーテルの先端に配置されている請求項1記載の装置。
- 機械的制御部を有し、この制御部が前記ロタブレーション・カテーテルの先端を変位させるため張り線を有する請求項1又は2記載の装置。
- 前記ロタブレーション・カテーテルが外部磁界によって制御可能であり、少なくとも1つの永久磁石及び少なくとも1つの電磁石又はそのいずれか一方を有する請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記位置センサ(10)が電磁式センサとして形成され、前記ロタブレーション・カテーテル内に設けられた送信コイルと通信する受信コイル、又は前記ロタブレーション・カテーテル内に設けられた受信コイルと通信する送信コイルを有する請求項4記載の装置。
- 前記受信コイルが鉄心を有し、選択的に受信アンテナとして又は電磁石として磁気式誘導のために使用される請求項5記載の装置。
- 前記コイルが前記ロタブレーション・カテーテル内に直交して又は60°の角度で配置されている請求項5又は6記載の装置。
- 前記OCTセンサ(7)及びIVUSセンサ(6)又はそのいずれか一方が、前記ロタブレーション・カテーテルの長軸に関して側方に向けられている請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記OCTセンサ(7)及びIVUSセンサ(6)が別々に又は共通して前記ロタブレーション・カテーテルの長軸を中心に回転可能であり、また前記ロタブレーション・カテーテルは駆動軸により一定の速度で前方へ押し出されるか引き下げられる請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記画像処理ユニット(34、35、36、38)が、検査すべき身体部分である血管の中心線及び包絡線又はそのいずれか一方を近似するために形成されている請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ロタブレーション・カテーテルの3D撮像が前記画像処理ユニット(34、35、36、38)によって、近似された包絡線に基づき他の解剖学的画像データと共に記録され融合される請求項10記載の装置。
- 前記ロタブレーション・カテーテルの3D撮像及び解剖学的画像データが共通の座標系に移される請求項11記載の装置。
- 呼吸又は心臓又は他の器官の動きにより生ずる体動アーチファクトが、体動の周波数及び振幅又はそのいずれか一方の検出により確定され、計算による修正において考慮される請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ロタブレーション・カテーテルが、導電性のナノ粒子からなる薄膜層を電磁界に対する遮蔽のための被層として有する請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ロタブレーション・カテーテル及び前記センサが電気的に使用電圧から分離されている請求項1から14のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ロタブレーション・カテーテルがX線マーカーを有する請求項1から15のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ロタブレーション・カテーテルが摩擦抵抗を減ずるため被層を備え、この被層がシリコーン材料及びナノ粒子の少なくとも一方からなる請求項1から16のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ロタブレーション・カテーテルが先端に、位置決めを支援するため少なくとも1つの吹き込みにより膨らませることが可能なバルーンを有する請求項1から17のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ロタブレーション・カテーテルがその先端に配置された温度センサ及び圧力センサの少なくとも一方を有する請求項1から18のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 請求項1から19のいずれか1項に記載の装置を有する医療処置装置。
