Abstract
【解決手段】カテーテルの先端に配置された回転するドリルヘッドが正常な血管組織を押し分けて進みながら血管壁に沈着しているプラークを除去するロータブレーションを実施および監視するための装置において、ロータブレーションカテーテルとOCTカテーテルとが1つの構成ユニットに組み込まれている。

Description
本発明の有利な実施態様では、好ましくはグラスファイバ線として形成されたOCT線が、好ましくは回転ミラーとして形成されドリルヘッドに接続されているOCTセンサに向けて、ドリルヘッドとOCTセンサとを回転駆動する中空の可撓性駆動軸の中を延びている。
図1は、OCTセンサがドリルヘッドの本来の切削部分の背後に配置されている本発明によるOCT・ロータブレーション複合カテーテルの概略断面図を示す。
図2は、ドリルヘッドに対して前方に配置された光コヒーレンス断層画像化(OCT)センサを備えたOCT・ロータブレーション複合カテーテルの一部変更された実施形態を示す。

Claims (8)
- カテーテルの先端に配置された回転するドリルヘッドが正常な血管組織を押し分けて進みながら血管壁に沈着しているプラークを除去するロータブレーションを実施および監視するための装置において、ロータブレーションカテーテルと光コヒーレンス断層画像化(OCT)カテーテルとが1つの構成ユニットに組み込まれていることを特徴とするロータブレーションを実施および監視するための装置。
- グラスファイバ線として形成されたOCT線(5)が、ドリルヘッド(3)に接続されているOCTセンサ(4)(回転ミラー)に向かって、ドリルヘッド(3)とOCTセンサ(4)とを回転駆動する中空の可撓性駆動軸(2)の中を延びていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- ドリルヘッド(3)とOCTセンサ(4)との間にマイクロギヤが介在することを特徴とする請求項2記載の装置。
- カテーテル管(1)は端部側に造影剤または洗浄液のための流入口もしくは流出口を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の1つに記載の装置。
- カテーテル先端に磁気式ナビゲーションのための磁石が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の1つに記載の装置。
- 装置は貫通するガイドワイヤ(7)を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の1つに記載の装置。
- カテーテル先端に、カテーテルの固定および/または血管拡張のために用いられる膨張可能な風船が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の1つに記載の装置。
- カテーテル先端に温度センサが配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7の1つに記載の装置。
