Abstract
【解決手段】 切換クラッチC0或いは切換ブレーキB0を備えることで、変速機構10が無段変速状態と有段変速状態とに切り換えられて、電気的に変速比が変更させられる変速機の燃費改善効果と機械的に動力を伝達する歯車式伝動装置の高い伝達効率との両長所を兼ね備えた駆動装置が得られる。また、所定走行時よりも総合変速比γTが低車速側に設定されたときに、必要な駆動力或いは駆動力源ブレーキが得られない場合、或いは電動機の負荷トルクが許容範囲でない場合には、切換制御手段50により差動部11が有段変速状態へ切り換えられるので、電動機の負荷トルクが許容範囲を超えることなく所定走行時よりも大きな駆動力或いは駆動力源ブレーキが得られると共に、ビジーシフトが防止される。

前記差動機構に備えられ、前記無段変速部を電気的な無段変速作動可能な無段変速状態と前記無段変速部を電気的な無段変速作動しない非無段変速状態とに選択的に切り換えるための差動状態切換装置と、
所定の車両走行時に比較して大きな車両駆動力或いは駆動力源ブレーキが必要なときには、前記無段変速部と前記変速部とで形成される総合変速比を所定の車両走行時に比較して低車速側に設定する変速制御手段と、

を、含むことを特徴とする車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記所定の車両走行時に比較して大きな車両駆動力或いは駆動力源ブレーキが必要なときとは、登坂路走行時或いは降坂路走行時である請求項1の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
