また、運転支援制御による走行中における減速時に、回生制動及びエンジンブレーキによって実現する要求減速量が所定減速量より大きい状態でホイールブレーキによって減速量を増大した場合には、要求減速量が所定減速量以下に設定されるので、自動変速機のダウンシフトが抑制され、ホイールブレーキによって応答性良く大きな減速量が発生させられる。

Claims (6)
- エンジンと、前記エンジンと駆動輪との間の動力伝達経路の一部を構成する自動変速機と、前記駆動輪に動力伝達可能に連結された回転機と、を備えた車両の、制御装置であって、
運転者の運転操作に因らず少なくとも加減速を自動的に行うことによって前記車両の運転を行う運転支援制御を実行する運転制御部と、
前記運転支援制御による走行中における減速時に、前記回転機による回生制動を行うと共に、前記車両に対する要求減速量が所定減速量以下である場合には、前記自動変速機のダウンシフトを制限する一方で、前記要求減速量が前記所定減速量より大きい場合には、前記ダウンシフトを制限しないことによって、前記車両の減速量を制御する減速制御部と、
を含むものであり、
前記要求減速量は、前記回生制動及び前記エンジンのフリクションによるエンジンブレーキによって実現する分の前記減速量であり、
前記減速制御部は、前記運転支援制御による走行中における減速時に、前記要求減速量が前記所定減速量より大きい状態でホイールブレーキによって前記減速量を増大した場合には、前記要求減速量を前記所定減速量以下に設定することを特徴とする車両の制御装置。 - 前記所定減速量は、予め定められた、前記回生制動によって実現できる前記減速量の最大値であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記減速制御部は、前記ダウンシフトを禁止することで、前記ダウンシフトを制限することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記減速制御部は、前記要求減速量が前記所定減速量以下である場合には、前記エンジンのフリクションによるエンジンブレーキを作用させず、前記回生制動によって前記減速量を発生させる一方で、前記要求減速量が前記所定減速量より大きい場合には、前記エンジンブレーキと前記回生制動とによって前記減速量を発生させることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記減速制御部は、前記運転支援制御による走行中における前記要求減速量に前記運転者の操作に伴う前記車両に対する要求減速量が含まれていないときに、前記要求減速量に基づく前記ダウンシフトを制限するかしないかの切替えを行うことを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記運転支援制御は、前記車両の周辺情報に基づいて少なくとも車速を自動的に制御して前記車両の運転を行う運転制御であることを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載の車両の制御装置。
