Abstract
【解決手段】 内周面で摩擦係合要素を支持するクラッチドラムの外周側筒部28cの外周にクラッチピストンのピストン部材48を配置し、そのクラッチピストンのピストン部材48の外周側に、ピストン部材48の回転速度を検出する回転速度センサ84を配置した自動変速機のクラッチ装置において、ピストン部材48に、そのピストン部材48をクラッチドラムの外周側筒部28cに対して相対回転不能とするためのスプラインを形成するとともに、そのスプラインに対応する凹部86を外周面に形成し、且つ、そのピストン部材48に、回転速度センサ84と軸方向の位置が重なるように、油孔80を周方向に複数形成する。

Claims (3)
- 内周面で摩擦係合要素を支持するクラッチドラムの外周にクラッチピストンが配置され、該クラッチピストンの外周側に、該クラッチピストンの回転速度を検出する回転速度センサが配置されている自動変速機のクラッチ装置であって、
前記クラッチピストンに、該クラッチピストンをクラッチドラムに対して相対回転不能とするためのスプラインが形成されるとともに、該スプラインに対応する凹部が外周面に形成され、且つ、該クラッチピストンに、前記回転速度センサと軸方向の位置が重なるように、油孔が周方向に複数形成されていることを特徴とする自動変速機のクラッチ装置。 - 前記クラッチドラムには、内周面に前記摩擦係合要素を相対回転不能に支持するための内周側スプラインが形成されるとともに、外周面に該内周側スプラインに対応する外周側スプラインが形成されており、
前記クラッチピストンのスプラインおよび油孔は、ともに、前記外周側スプラインの溝に対向する位置に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1の自動変速機のクラッチ装置。 - 前記クラッチピストンのスプラインには、深溝部が形成されるとともに、軸方向の一部に、該深溝部よりも溝深さが浅くされている浅溝部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2の自動変速機のクラッチ装置。
