Abstract
【解決手段】自動変速機1の第2ピストン4は、入力軸100の軸方向に移動可能なピストン部材41と第2油室40とを備え、第2油室40の圧力でピストン部材41が軸方向に移動するように構成されている。ピストン部材41は、軸方向に延び且つ第2油室40の圧力が伝達される筒部41aと、半径方向に延び且つ第2摩擦係合要素102を押圧する押圧部41bと、筒部41aおよび押圧部41bを連結し且つ押圧部41bに対し軸方向で第2摩擦係合要素102から離間する方向にオフセットされた連結部41cとを備え、押圧部41bに対する連結部41cのオフセット量L1がピストン部材41のピストンストロークST1よりも大きく設定されている。

Claims (4)
- 自動変速機の回転軸の軸方向に移動可能な筒状の作動部材と油室とを備え、上記油室の圧力で上記作動部材が軸方向に移動するように構成された自動変速機のピストン装置において、
上記作動部材は、軸方向に延び且つ上記油室の圧力が伝達される筒部と、半径方向に延び且つ自動変速機の摩擦係合要素を押圧する押圧部と、上記筒部および押圧部を連結し且つ上記押圧部に対し軸方向で上記摩擦係合要素から離間する方向にオフセットされた連結部とを備え、
上記押圧部に対する連結部の軸方向のオフセット量は、上記作動部材のストローク量よりも大きく設定されていることを特徴とする自動変速機のピストン装置。 - 請求項1に記載の自動変速機のピストン装置において、
上記オフセット量は、このオフセット量が上記ストローク量と同じ値に設定された場合に比べて上記作動部材の断面係数が大きくなるような値に設定されていることを特徴とする自動変速機のピストン装置。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の自動変速機のピストン装置において、
上記オフセット量は、上記作動部材の素材に応じて設定されていることを特徴とする自動変速機のピストン装置。 - 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1つに記載の自動変速機のピストン装置において、
上記摩擦係合要素は、当該自動変速機に備えられるクラッチであることを特徴とする自動変速機のピストン装置。
