Abstract
【解決手段】エイミング機構Eは、傾動支点Pと、ランプボディに回転可能に支承されたエイミングスクリュー30,40と、スクリュー30,40に螺合し、光源ユニットU1,U2に装着され、スクリュー30,40の回動に連係して進退し光源ユニットU1,U2を傾動中心軸Lx,Ly周りに傾動させるナット部材130A,Bとを備え、ナット部材130A,Bにおける、ガイド溝に弾性係合する板ばね状のスライド部137を耐摩耗性に優れたポリアセタール樹脂で構成し、スクリュー螺合部を有するナット部材本体131を耐熱性に優れたナイロン樹脂で構成して、スライド部137のへたりや摺接面での磨耗がなく、スクリュー螺合部に緩みも発生しない。

Description
前記光軸調整機構は、前記ハウジングと光源ユニット間に設けられた傾動支点と、前記ハウジングに回転可能に支承された調整スクリューと、前記調整スクリューに螺合するとともに、前記光源ユニットに装着され、前記調整スクリューの回動に連係して進退動作し前記傾動支点を通る傾動中心軸周りに前記光源ユニットを傾動させる合成樹脂製ナット部材とを備え、
前記ナット部材には、前記ハウジングのガイド溝に弾性係合してナット部材を担持する板ばね状のスライド部がスクリュー螺合部の形成されたナット部材本体から分岐して設けられた自動車用ヘッドランプにおいて、
前記スライド部を第1の樹脂で構成するとともに、前記ナット部材本体を前記第1の樹脂よりも耐熱性に優れた第2の樹脂で構成した。

Claims (4)
- ハウジングとその前方に配置された光源ユニット間に、前記光源ユニットを所定の傾動中心軸周りに傾動させてその光軸を傾動調整できる光軸調整機構が介装され、
前記光軸調整機構は、前記ハウジングと光源ユニット間に設けられた傾動支点と、前記ハウジングに回転可能に支承された調整スクリューと、前記調整スクリューに螺合するとともに、前記光源ユニットに装着され、前記調整スクリューの回動に連係して進退動作し前記傾動支点を通る傾動中心軸周りに前記光源ユニットを傾動させる合成樹脂製ナット部材とを備え、
前記ナット部材には、前記ハウジングのガイド溝に弾性係合してナット部材を担持する板ばね状のスライド部がスクリュー螺合部の形成されたナット部材本体から分岐して設けられた自動車用ヘッドランプにおいて、
前記スライド部が第1の樹脂で構成されるとともに、前記ナット部材本体が前記第1の樹脂よりも耐熱性に優れた第2の樹脂で構成されたことを特徴とする自動車用ヘッドランプ。 - 前記スライド部と前記ナット部材本体は、ねじ,接着その他の固定手段により一体化されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動車用ヘッドランプ。
- 前記スライド部と前記ナット部材本体は、一体成形されたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の自動車用ヘッドランプ。
- 前記調整スクリューはオートレベリング用アクチュエータの回転軸で構成されて、前記光軸調整機構が、車軸の路面に対する傾斜角が一定となるように前記回転軸を回転して前記光源ユニットを前記傾動支点を通る水平傾動中心軸周りに傾動させるオートレベリング機構を構成することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の自動車用ヘッドランプ。
