도 2는 도 1에 나타난 레벨링 모터의 난사산 유격 부위를 확대하여 도시한 측단면도.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 레벨링 모터를 도시한 측단면도.
한편, 상기 하우징(20)의 내측 하면에는 상방으로 돌출되어, 상기 나사관체(21)의 외면 중 상기 탄성체(32), 상기 연결구(31) 및 상기 접촉부재(33)의 배치 영역과 대응되는 영역을 둘러싸는 나사관체 결합부(29)가 형성된다.

Claims (8)
- 하우징;
외주면에 나사산부가 형성되고 상기 하우징의 내부에서 축방향으로 이동하는 샤프트;
상기 샤프트의 외측에 배치되고, 상기 나사산부에 대응되는 나사홈부가 내주면에 형성된 나사관체;
상기 나사관체의 내측에 배치되고, 상기 샤프트에 상방으로 탄성력을 제공하는 탄성체;
상기 나사관체의 내측에 배치되고, 상기 샤프트와 상기 탄성체 사이에 개재되는 연결구; 및
상기 연결구와 상기 탄성체 사이에 개재되고, 상기 연결구의 하측을 지지하는 접촉부재를 포함하며,
상기 탄성체의 탄성력에 의해 상기 나사산부와 상기 나사홈부는 축방향으로 밀착되고,
상기 하우징의 내측 하면에는 상방으로 돌출되어, 상기 나사관체의 외면 중 상기 탄성체, 상기 연결구 및 상기 접촉부재의 배치 영역과 대응되는 영역을 둘러싸는 나사관체 결합부가 형성되는 레벨링 모터.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탄성체는 코일 스프링이고, 상단부가 상기 샤프트의 하단부에 연결되고 하단부가 상기 하우징의 저면에 지지되는 레벨링 모터.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 탄성체의 외주면은 상기 나사관체의 하단부측 내주면에 지지되어 수평방향의 유동이 제한되는 레벨링 모터.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 하우징의 저면에서 상방으로 돌출되어 형성되고, 상기 탄성체의 수평방향 유동을 제한하는 돌출부;를 더 포함하는 레벨링 모터.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 샤프트와 상기 연결구 및 상기 접촉부재의 단면적은 상호 동일한 레벨링 모터.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 연결구와 접촉되는 상기 샤프트의 외면은 평면이고,
상기 샤프트와 접촉되는 상기 연결구의 외면은 곡면이며,
상기 샤프트와 상기 연결구는 점 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레벨링 모터.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 접촉부재는 원반 형상으로 이루어진 레벨링 모터.
