Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.無被覆、無印刷インク、無含浸剤基材及び接着前基材であり、5〜26μ mの範囲の厚さを有する、シートフィルム、内部径少なくとも8cmのチューブ 、又はこれらの層の形態の微孔性材料において、 (a)(1)50g/10分を下回るASTM D 1238−86のE条件メ ルトインデックス、少なくとも0.1g/10分のASTM D 1238−86 のF条件メルトインデックス、及び0.910〜0.965g/cm3の範囲の 密度を有する高分子量実質的線状ポリエチレン;0.2〜50g/10分の範囲 のASTM D 1238−86のL条件メルトインデックス、及び0.89g/ cm3を上回る密度を有する高分子量実質的線状ポリプロピレン;又はこれらの 混合物である、高分子量実質的線状ポリオレフィン0〜100重量%;及び (2)少なくとも18デシリットル/gの極限粘度を有する超高分子量実質的線 状ポリエチレン;少なくとも6デシリットル/gの極限粘度を有する超高分子量 実質的線状ポリプロピレン;又はこれらの混合物である、超高分子量実質的線状 ポリオレフィン0〜100重量%;を含むマトリックスであって、該高分子量実 質的線状ポリオレフィンと超高分子量実質的線状とが集合してマトリックスの9 0〜100重量%を構成しているマトリックス; (b)該マトリックスの全体にわたって分散され、該微孔性材料の20〜85 重量%を構成する、微分割された実質的に非水溶性フィラー粒子;及び (c)該微孔性材料の実質的に全体にわたって連絡する相互連結孔のネットワ ークであって、該孔が該微孔性材料の少なくとも25体積%を構成するもの; を有する微孔性材料。 2.(a)前記高分子量実質的線状ポリオレフィンが前記高分子量実質的線状 ポリエチレンであり、(b)前記超高分子量実質的線状ポリオレフィンが前記超 高分子量実質的線状ポリエチレンである請求項1記載の微孔性材料。 3.(a)前記高分子量実質的線状ポリオレフィンがマトリックスの0〜99 重量%を構成し、(b)前記超高分子量実質的線状ポリオレフィンがマトリック スの1〜100重量%を構成する請求項2記載の微孔性材料。 4.(a)前記高分子量実質的線状ポリエチレンがマトリックスの30〜60 重量%を構成し、(b)前記超高分子量実質的線状ポリオレフィンがマトリック スの40〜70重量%を構成する請求項2記載の微孔性材料。 5.前記高分子量実質的線状ポリエチレンがマトリックスの100重量%を構 成する請求項1記載の微孔性材料。 6.前記超高分子量実質的線状ポリエチレンがマトリックスの100重量%を 構成する請求項1記載の微孔性材料。 7.フィルムの形態である請求項1記載の微孔性材料。 8.誘電性材料により分離された少なくとも2個の電極を有するエネルギー蓄 積デバイスにおいて、該誘電性材料が請求項7記載の微孔性材料であるエネルギ ー蓄積デバイス。 9.バッテリーである請求項8記載のエネルギー蓄積デバイス。 10.前記バッテリーがリチウムイオンバッテリーである請求項9記載のエネ ルギー蓄積デバイス。 11.コンデンサーである請求項8記載のエネルギー蓄積デバイス。 12.燃料電池である請求項8記載のエネルギー蓄積デバイス。 13.請求項7記載の微孔性材料を有するラベル。 14.前記微孔性材料の表面がラベルの外部表面を構成する請求項13記載の ラベル。 15.前記外部表面が筆記されているか、印刷されている請求項14記載のラ ベル。 16.少なくとも1層の請求項7記載の微孔性材料を有する多層フィルム。 17.前記微孔性材料の層が外部層である請求項16記載の多層フィルム。 18.無被覆、無印刷インク、無含浸剤基材及び接着前基材であり、5〜26 μmの範囲の厚さを有する、シート、フィルム、内部径少なくとも8cmのチュ ーブ、又はこれらの層の形態の微孔性材料において、 (a)(1)50g/10分を下回るASTM D 1238−86のE条件メ ルトインデックス、少なくとも0.1g/10分のASTM D 1238−86 のF条件メルトインデックス、及び0.910〜0.965g/cm3の範囲の 密度を有する高分子量実質的線状ポリエチレン;0.2〜50g/10分の範囲 のASTM D 1238−86のL条件メルトインデックス、及び0.89g/ cm3を上回る密度を有する高分子量実質的線状ポリプロピレン;又はこれらの 混合物である、高分子量実質的線状ポリオレフィン70〜100重量%;及び( 2)少なくとも18デシリットル/gの極限粘度を有する超高分子量実質的線状 ポリエチレン;少なくとも6デシリットル/gの極限粘度を有する超高分子量実 質的線状ポリプロピレン;又はこれらの混合物である、超高分子量実質的線状ポ リオレフィン0〜30重量%;を含む実質的線状ポリオレフィンを必然的に含ん でなるマトリックス; (b)該マトリックスの全体にわたって分散され、該微孔性材料の20〜60 重量%を構成する、微分割された実質的に非水溶性フィラー粒子;及び (c)該微孔性材料の実質的に全体にわたって連絡する相互連結孔のネットワ ークであって、該孔が該微孔性材料の少なくとも25体積%を構成するもの; を有する微孔性材料。 19.フィルムの形態である請求項18記載の微孔性材料。 20.誘電性材料により分離された少なくとも2個の電極を有するエネルギー 蓄積デバイスにおいて、該誘電性材料が請求項19記載の微孔性材料であるエネ ルギー蓄積デバイス。 21.バッテリーである請求項20記載のエネルギー蓄積デバイス。 22.前記バッテリーがリチウムイオンバッテリーである請求項21記載のエ ネルギー蓄積デバイス。 23.コンデンサーである請求項20記載のエネルギー蓄積デバイス。 24.燃料電池である請求項20記載のエネルギー蓄積デバイス。 25.請求項19記載の微孔性材料を有するラベル。 26.前記微孔性材料の表面がラベルの外部表面を構成する請求項25記載の ラベル。 27.前記外部表面が筆記されているか、印刷されている請求項26記載のラ ベル。 28.少なくとも1層の請求項19記載の微孔性材料を有する多層フィルム。 29.前記微孔性材料の層が外部層である請求項28記載の多層フィルム。
